1. Install the cab Fullscreen_TitaniumWeather.cab
2. Download the file Fullscreen.zip, extract the contents into folder ‘\Program Files\TitaniumWeather\Fullscreen’ on your device.
3. Softreset the device.
4. Update the weather as usual, at the end of update your device home screen would be overlayed by corresponding weather image.
You need WM6.5 with titanium home plugin installed
I did not create it I got the files from some other forum, i have just modified the overlay images to fit to hermes screen size.

[MOD] A better looking rotary lockscreen

Just thought that the rotary lockscreen looks a bit ugly because of the divider and the centred clock/date.
I tweaked it a bit to look similiar to the stock android lock.

To apply the mod:
1- Extract the attached zip file.
2- Open the framework-res.apk you are using currently with winrar.
3- Drag "keyguard_screen_rotary_unlock.xml" to res/layout.
4- To hide the arrows, drag the 2 png's to res/drawable-hdpi (skip this to keep the arrows)
5- push framework-res.apk back to your device

Most people should be ok just to install by copy the bootanimation.zip to your /system/customize/resources/ folder
You may need to rename your bootanimation.zip to hTC_bootup_one.zip or different to suit your ROM - consult the appropriate thread for specific details, I cant answer what to rename it for every rom out there sorry folks. A guide on making the bootanimation found here if you want to customise.

vrTheme- change background easily

Change your background (conversation, settings) via cwm with vrtheme..
Now you can change bg without extract apk anymore
Installation:
1. Choose you picture
2. Rename to semc_bg_light.png , make sure resolution match with device
3. Put your pic to folder vrtheme\framework\framework.apk\res\drawable-hdpi
4. Make to zip (vrtheme n metainf folder)
5. Flash via cwm

How to Use :
Download and extract the zip from the attachment below.
Open ColorX.exe and start working.
To pick up a color click on "pick" box and drag your mouse to your content and leave it. You then can copy the Hex color of the object.
