anyone use this program?
It's excellent.
When someone rings, it speaks the name of the ringer
it even reads your SMS/email/twitter etc

Hi,
Good day to all!
Is there a way I can change the sound the phone makes when I give someone a call, or at least increase the volume?
I am using Dutty's 1.8 and I find that the volume of that 'ring' isn't quite loud enough...
BTW, just to be clear, I am referring to the sound teh device makes when you place a call (outgoin call) and are waiting for your teh other person to pick up.
I, of course know how to customize my rings and alerts and so on...
So, if anyone has an idea...?
are we allowed to 'Bump' here?
(sorry if I wasn't)
Surely this sound comes from the operator? Every country is different.
I doubt it, as on the HD, I have a different sound when I call a mobile than when I call a landline.
Also, I owned the HTC touch before, same operator, and the sound was quite different.
Also, my girlfriend is on the same operator, different mobile (nokia), and the sound she gets is also different (tune and volume are much better (to my ears anyway )
Given this, I am pretty sure there's a way to customize the 'outgoing calls' sound.
Anyone?
I found a thread with the Audiopara4_loudest.zip file and installed it. It makes the Touch Pro 2 sound noticeably louder and I love it but it completely takes away the ability to hear who is talking to you and for the person who is calling you to hear you during a phone call.....pure silence. Is there a way that this can be fixed so I can keep using this? The sound without this cab is low and makes it hard to hear the ring tones and alerts in active environments.
Thanks

Has anyone else tried this? I'd like to boost volume but the side effects make this a difinite no-go.
Do a search for AudioPara3_ATTMax This did wonders for me I have no issues with bluetooth, no issues with the ear piece, nor the ability not to hear the phone ringing. U can change the name to anything you want, just as long as you make sure to have the same name in the reg entry, reset the phone and you'll be happy. I know I am
Has anyone experienced this problem?
The phone rings Once and then is silent for the rest of the rings.
I have several ring tones so its not that. Just thought maybe just maybe it was the Digital Phone ringtone.
There isn't a setting for ring once that I could find.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I'm experiencing the same issue using the regular digital phone ringtone. Has anyone figured out how to fix this?
Is this with stock ringtones or your own? If the later you're probably missing the
ANDROID_LOOP TRUE
field in your file info.
See here for how to fix it:

Hello all XDA. I have heard great things about you and used some of your root and Kernel releases. Thanks!
I think I may be ready to go the the next level (for a dammed newbie) in jacking up my Galaxy S3, and applying the latest manipulations you guys have going. I have two very important questions:
1:
when I start speech recognition, it emits a loud "bleepBloop" to inform me that it is ready, and then another bleep (a different one) when I am finished entering voice data.
Other forums have called this the "speech recognition bleep" and called it a generated tone.
I have also seen a secret code #*7200# that is supposed to mute the tone generator on an S3, but I am not sure of it will also mute the custom sounds I have for my rings and alerts
Using root browser, I have gone to every folder I know of in "system-media", and renamed or deleted all the sounds except for the five I use, (Email, SMS, Facebook alert, Ringtone and alarm tone) and I also searched for every aiff, MP3, Ogg, or WAV file I could find on the phone and could not find anything like what I hear every time I search using google, or enter voice to text mode.
this is baffling. Where are these sounds located on my S3? how can I get rid of them?
2: What are your recommendations for making my S3 as fast as possible?
Thanks!

For some reason, when my wife calls me she can hear whatever ringtone i have set as well as ringing. I have no idea how this is possible, and have not intentionally set it up. It is NOT a ringback tone. i can change my ringtone, and she will hear whatever i set. Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on, i would like to see if i can make this work for other contacts. This would allow you to set each contacts ringtone and have them hear it when they call which is kind of cool.
edit: The wife has a t mobile Galawxy Note 3
I wave the S4 running the "Insane Hybrid" 4.4.4 ROM
