Hi
I wanted to know if there is or if there will be a ROM HD with sence 2.1, android 2.3.3 and rotationed.
When I ask for a rom HD I mean a ROM like RCMixHD where the word on the screen are smaller and there is shorcut in the notification bar for flash, wifi...
Try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1054435
iNsertCoin has smaller fonts in most menus like the HD ROM, the gingerbread version of iNsertCoin i mean
TY both, I will test the Reflex S
Link to InsertCoin HD. Truly awesome ROM. Recommend the CM7 HBOOT version.
Need S-OFF for that though.

Definitely recommend this rom, there is a A2SD+ rom which I assume works for those who don't have S-OFF but have not tried that version.
What's the battery life like on that ROM (A2SD on CM7 HBOOT) ? Been on oxygen for a few days and while it now looks beautiful with the customisations I've done, I just took a look at that ROM and now I miss Sense
InsertCoin GingerSense 2.1 V14 is the best and quickest Rom I have used on here and I've tried most. It's a brilliant Rom I'm using the CM7 HBoot version.
You should install InsertCoin v15 A2SD+ because you don't have to change your HBOOT. You can install it and upgrade it from Rom Manager Premium.
I'm using it since v13 and I am very happy.
Enjoy

PS// if u know a rom whitout removed apps its no Prob

You can flash latest snq- kernel yourself, same with bootanimation. (for boot animation take a look in Desire Themes and Apps section)
Remove any apps you want from the .zip file before flashing. ( /sd-ext/app_s )
Okay, thx
EDIT:// i need S-oFF for bootanimation or?

Well if you expect sense 3 to run super smooth on Desire, then you will be disappointed. ;-)
Its hardware related, try overclocking CPU it might help some.

Virtuous ROM 2.35, 2.37 & 2.39 (sense 3 ROMs)
Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1115312
I'm currently on 2.35 and it's practically bug-less.
Only issues were - Internet pass-through & Dolby (if you want Dolby, SRS is present in the ROM)
Or if you want a 100% stable rom go with fshami's stock rooted one. Maybe not as smooth as ARHD and the others yet but bug free (to the best of my knowledge).

Hey guys,
From a lack of postibg permissions, I can't post this in the right forum. Hopefully this works here.
Anyway, I just wanted to know if it is possible to downgrade HTC Sense from 3.0 to 2.0 while keeping the latest version of Mike1986's Android Revolution HD (6.3.1)?
Sense 3.0 is good looking and all, but I'd like to have the sense 2.0 back because it feels better to me.
Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

You'll have to flash an older ROM for that. One which is based on Sense 2.x(whichever you want...)

Hi,
It is possible but I doubt at this moment you will be able to do that. First of all you need files that belong to Sense 2.0 which after flashing will replace Sense 3.0. Developers have made the Rosie Scroll smooth and transparent but I haven't seen anyone replacing it.
Why don't you just remove HTC sense? Use Mike NO-SENSE script from second post. Don't forget to do Nandroid backup before doing anything with your phone.
I'm looking through the Cool Roms site http://www.cooldevs.com and they seem to run 6 concurrent Desire ROMS. I'm trying to work out the difference between them and which to try. I can see some have newer versions of Sense, but some have the same descriptions.
Is there an FAQ or something somewhere that explains the differences?
It appears RunnyMede is the latest with Sense 3.5. Are Sense 3.5 Roms now considered stable and every day useable on a Desire? Or should I pick another?
Sorry for the n00b questions, I've been reading though some of the ROM threads but they are so long I need a n00bs FAQ or something!
Thanks
Cool3D AceS v6 Bravo - Desire HD port of Gingerbread 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0
Cool3D RunnyMede v5 Bravo - Runnymede (Sensation) port of Gingerbread 2.3.5 with Sense 3.5
Cool BravoS v10 Bravo - DesireHD/Desire S port of Gingerbread with Sense 2.1 - ODEXED - Unofficial Gingerbread for Bravo
Cool VisionS v1.4 Bravo - Desire Z port of Gingerbread with Sense 2.1
Cool SagaS v1.4 Bravo - Desire S port of Gingerbread with Sense 2.1
Cool AceS v1.4 Bravo - DesireHD Port of Gingerbread with Sense 2.1
Basically - if you want something pretty much stock like the Gingerbread release from HTC, but with sense 2.1 - for the Bravo - you want Cool BravoS v10
If you want larger standard fonts and homescreen rotation then you want VisionS
If you want smaller fonts you would want the AceS
If you like the larger standard fonts without rotation, you want SagaS
If you want Sense 3.x then you want a Cool3D rom - DesireHD version for 3.0 or the Runnymede for 3.5
Thanks for the summary, appreciate it
i want flash Cool3D AceS v6 Bravo - Desire HD port of Gingerbread 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0 but,i can't download.
Just a quickie..
Are the instructions from THIS post in March '11 still valid and correct for rooting and installing ROMS?

There is no group.. only one ROM, Runnymede but different base for different version.
It is almost same as
Cool3D RunnyMede v5 Bravo - Runnymede (Sensation) port of Gingerbread 2.3.5 with Sense 3.5
but on different ROM base.. you can see the different in base number.
Hi
I am trying to flash cool3drunneymede
I have downloaded all the relevant files but am unsure exactly what order to do it all in.
I have stock hboot
Any help is much appreciated
Sorry for being such a noob
Thanks in advance
@trodinho
1) Make sure you have partition the sdcard to xxx FAT32 + 1gb EXT4
2) Full wipe in recovery
3) Flash the ROM.zip
4) Do not reboot yet.
5) Flash stock_hboot.zip
6) Reboot and enjoy your newly flashed ROM.

Thank you ckpv5.
I would also like to try the following addons:
RCTweaks_stock.zip
HTC_IME_No_Arrow.zip
Am I right in thinking I just go to recovery and flash them after doing the 6 steps above?
You might not he able to tell, but I have flashed a couple of roms before lol
Thanks again

Right...
HTC_IME_NO_Arrow.zip can also after step 5, should not be a problem.
But RCTweaks_stock.zip must be after doing the 6 steps.
