[APR14][CWM][MAGDLR/CLK] CyanogenMod 7.0.0 for HTCLEO :: BACON

This thread is for CM7 RC releases for HD2. These are unofficial RC.
I will be maintaining CM stuff for HD2 all unofficially. They are compiled from source and not ported/kanged from other devices.
CyanogenMod is a free, community built distribution of Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) which greatly extends the capabilities of your phone.

All source code is available at the CyanogenMod Github! If you'd like to to contribute to CyanogenMod, checkout Gerrit instance.
These builds REQUIRE ClockworkMod Recovery 3.x. If you use ClockworkMod Recovery 2.x to flash, it will not boot.
Additionally, ClockworkMod Recovery 3.x CAN NOT BE USED to flash CM6. You will have to downgrade ClockworkMod Recovery to 2.x if you want to switch back to CM6.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First time flashing CM 7 to your HD2 (or coming from another ROM)?
1. Unlock/root your device and install MAGLDR
2. Flash ClockworkMod Recovery 3.x
3. Do a Nandroid backup!
3. WIPE
4. Install the ROM
5. Optionally install the Google Addon
- Upgrading from earlier CM7?
1. Do a Nandroid Backup!
2. Install the ROM (your Google apps will be backed up automatically)

Can anyone else confirm this doesn't work out the box for CLK. I had to install tytung_r8 to get this to boot.

CPU Settings in the Performance menu not working, WiFi still errors. Apart from that, it seems to work pretty well, though I suspect the ambient light sensor isn't working too well either, it seems overly bright.

I would presume, the other thread is a dev thread for testing purposes, and this is a release thread

No, thats a release thread too but thats for daily builds n this for RC and Major releases for those who dont want to flash everyday

100% load
I have a 100% cpu usage with rc2 due to the system_server process.

Just want to know...when using cm7 can we aplied script tweak or change build.prop or init.d on arc like v6 supercharger or something similiar...or cm7 is fast enough that we dont need those tweak anymore...?

I think it's the same as FXP041, just the zip file is named differently...
EDIT: Ok, strange, there is a 701 KB difference between the two zip files... Hmmm.... Could anyone clarify this?

Boot to recovery, flash the zip, there is option to wipe during installation

Wipe cache first when coming from other ROM. I was stuck on the installer but whiping cache solved it for me.
Sometimes the Next button didn't work during installation but changing the choice option and back fixed it.

Is scrolling in Facebook smooth? And is gaming performance good?

I am desperate to move to CM10 from my Stock 4.04. But I would be grateful if you could address the following concerns for me -
1) Can the brightness be set to the default stock brightness using this app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/...hatcyl.android.Disable_Auto_Brightness&rdot=1 , I read that this app can bring it back to the stock level. Can you confirm?
2) IS there any 3rd party app that comes even close to the default Cybershot app in terms of photo quality? I really don't want to lose this amazing camera once I am on CM10.
3) Do most music players work on this ROM?

Choosing "Roboto" is the default font ,
I just forget to change the name as the script was from my previous ROM

Install instructions:
first time
- power off the phone:
- hold vol+ and plug usb to boot into fastboot (blu led)
- fastboot flash boot boot.img (from cm zip)
- fastboot reboot
- enter recovery, on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+
- flash rom zip
- flash gapps zip
- wipe
- reboot
for update just flash rom zip from recovery
Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.

Today i flash this Rom and write working/not working list but download is very slow like 50kb/s and take this 3h

I flashed kernel but I can't get into recovery to install rom. I tried a lot of combinations. Any sugestions?

Why u r flashing the Kernel separately? Just flash the zip from ur previous ROM Recovery with full wipe.
Btw Recovery might be broken in Newest build

just downloaded going to test it right now!! I'll report back as soon as i can (the report comes today! )

Working:
- sd card and internal memory
-video playback
-sound (youtube etc)
-brightness control
-calls (for now with headset cause of mic bug)
-mobile data
-bluetooth
-nfc
-gps
-recovery ( only when you select it in the reboot options)
-everything thats NOT in the not working list
NOT WORKING
-wifi
-microphone
-camera
-recovery by hitting the volume key at booting
-deeplseep

To fix WiFi try this

The wlan.ko modules is looking for it hear:
/data/misc/wifi/prima

The easy way to fix is:
adb shell
cp -r /etc/firmware/wlan/prima/ /data/misc/wifi/
adb reboot

I confirm, wifi works with this fix

I hate uploaded.net im not able to download anything from it. Sucks.
