Hello. i was wondering if anyone with a HTC DHD with 2.3.5 has ever had a problem with their phone screen freezing and not unfreezing. it happens sometimes when i try to unlock my screen, then it freezes, turns off and then the phone is in standby but i am unable to even turn on the screen. i have to remove the battery and turn the phone back on. then it does the same thing within the next half hour. can anyone tell me a fix. or if they can send me a link to root my phone and fix the problem while on a mac?
Uhmmmm.... warranty?

Happened to my GF's Wildfire S, S/W issue I think. Went away after I installed CM7 on it

Hey,
since today my Desire HD keeps freezing after I pressed the Home-Button when I'm in an App. After that I have to remove the battery, so I can actually restart my phone.
An example which happened already twice to me: I was playing "Bike Race" for about 5minutes. Then I turned off the Screen. After about 30minutes I turned it back on. The games pops up. I press the Home-Button, the phone vibrates and freezes. Not even 1 Button is working after that anymore.
Yesterday I followed this tutorial to calibrate my battery correctly : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1226016
I also flashed the newest Beastmode Kernel. My Desire HD is rooted & is running Sabsa Prime v12.
I never had this problem before, so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.
Thanks for trying to help ..

Have you tried a system factory reset (and cache/dalvik)
If not, I would suggest doing so. Also, try flashing a non sense rom and see if that works (not for permanent use if you don't want, but then you can find out the root of the problem)
Good luck
hi guys,
i've just updated my htc one x to latest version of htc revolution hd 18 and figured out a problem and its way too annoying.
sometimes, one specific key on keyboard gets irresponsive. that could be any of the letters, including space char. after a while that non-working one comes back to normal, another one goes off, and goes on like this. i try to touch that irresponsive ones by using different fingers or touch-pens but noway.. they insist on not getting pushed.. this happens at least 25 times a day..
why this happens? how to recover?
thanks from nowon..
Hi im in trouble, suddenly my capacitive buttons stopped working, from yesterday it happens once and then i rebooted the phone twice and they worked normally for some hours until today, they stopped working and nothing seems to get them back alive i was rooted with ARHD 4.2.2 and i flashed a RUU to get the original state but no success

Hello guys,
I've ran in to some trouble with my Htc One X. Since a couple of days my led backligt of the home button is malfunctioning. It won't go out when I put my phone in standby it just fade's vaguely. Is there any solution to it? I had contact with HTC about it but they couldnt help me.
Cheers Buck
