Edit Anyone?
Ok this is part of the Sense Analog clock widget. I was wondering if it would be possible to make an app that is just this that i could access from the pull down menu. I already made a custom shortcut(lp activity) to it on my home screen but i hate having to hit home to check my system info.

Anybody? Please.
I would be interested in this as well. There is an app called SysInfo (iirc) that puts some of that in your drop down, but it doesn't color match or do transparency with the drop down.
You might also want to request this non-Epic specific apps forum.
Ok.

You don't need one...
On froyo you can unlock by pressing the menu button. There has been a fix to avoid that. But as I said, it's not needed here. Menu button is deactivated by default.
Never even knew you could do that an froyo, oh well you learn something every day on these forums

Hi,
Does anybody know how to add on an official ICS more buttons on the top slide bar (you know, the one that you are dragging down)? There are only 4 of them, but he (a friend of mine) doesn't want to root the phone.
The only way is to rooted it n install the mod.

I was thinking that that's the only way. thx for your reply.
You could give widgetsoid a try...I know some options do require root but afaik it doesn't need root to install, it may be a better than nothing solution option to add the widget to notifications in advanced settings

So multiview is here I was just wondering if you can customise the apps available in the list like can I add the ebay app and xda developers app to the multiview menu and remove chat on and talk for example? If so how? Or maybe we will have to wait for apps to be updated to support multiview so we can add them? Theres a workaround by using the full webpages but id rather use the apps in split screen.
Also anyone know what the edit feature is for in the multiview list?

Can a DEV please let me know if it is possible to change the background on the app drawer? My current one is transparent and I would like to place a BG image in there instead. Is this even possible? lol

Nothing yet. I wouldn't even begin to know where to look. I'm just waiting for a response.

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
You can start with tearing apart Launcher2.apk. I would think it would be in the layout xml

Hi all,
one thing that annoys me a LOT on android, is having to pull down the notification, and swipe the notifications for notification I'm aware of (examples : email already read on my computer, calendar notification I already have in mind, etc ...)
I know there only a 1 gesture difference, but I ask anyway
is there an app, or a way to do this ? (this below is a photoshop fake of what I would like )
this function :
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
on my desktop
thanks
