[Q] Theming rosie/sense

Couuld anyone give me some pointers on this?
Trying to edit the look of the espresso mod, but I can't find the files I need/want.
What files do I need to change/edit to change the look of it?

[Q] Taskbar Question

I like the evdo symbols shown in Caulkins new 1.3 Evo rom. Does anybody know exactly where those images or xml files may be so that I can try and incorporate them in another taskbar(framework.apk). I pulled the framework.apk but still can not locate them.
Or if someone knows where there is a theme that has them already.

[Q] Transparent Sense Navbar

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me with my problem.
I want to make the Sense navbar (semi-)transparent on the Smoki X.1 ROM.
I already tried to, I edited the files in directly Rosie.apk (with Winrar), made them more transparent with Photoshop, saved the .apk and pushed it to my phone, restarted, but nothing changed. I also looked at some other mods with a transparent navbar (in the drawable folders), but the file structure seems different.
Can someone point out to me what specific files/images I need to edit? Or whether I need to edit another .apk as well.

[Q] [Requesting help]how do I change the color of menu selections/rosie?

So I have one of the OTA roms (2.3 w/sense 1.0) and I want to change the color that appears when you select something from a menu (I have a blue theme and I want the selections to show up as blue too).
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Also, if anyone can give me a quick tutorial on theming a rosie, I would also be grateful

I have searched but cannot find the answer. I want to Change to notification area back ground. I changed the png in system ui but to no avail. Can anyone pls help?
