[Q] desire does nothing!?

hi,
i had a rom, but something went wrong so i tried to fix it.
now i have a huge problem i think, with usb cable in the phone it has the HTC logo in the middle with the four error signes around it..
QtADB can't connect to it.
the RUU says there is something wrong with my bootloader.
without usb it says:
Bravo unknown ship S-on (it derooted when i did the RUU)

Help!!! Dropped my phone and won't start

Hi The experts, Help is appreciated, I dropped my HTC desire phone and now the phone wont start .
When I press power button, the HTC logo flashed for less than a second and immediately went off. The screen is not broken but I can only boot into fastboot screen.
Please let me know if you can help.:good:

with ur phone turned off press n hold volume down + power and post what it says

[Q] HTC Desire HD Stuck in red triangle screen !!

So i was trying to upgrade my android 2.3.5 to the latest ICS. I downloaded Advance Ace Hack Kit version 13012012 and i did as instructed but in the process it said it cannot find PD98IMG.zip so i copied the file into the my SDcard using an SDCard Reader. And in The HBoot Screen it updated as usual and finally it say to press the power button. So I DID ! but then it wont start. it is stuck in the red triangle screen. now i cannot do anything I can just excess my Hboot screen during restart by pressing the volum - button. here is some of the information in Hboot Screen:

And it keeps telling me to start update but in the end it is the same thing. I tried refomatting my SDcard and still the same thing. No i cant use The Advance hack kit because it says device offline ! Please Help Me !

Need urgent help DHD is hanginhg on in reboot

Hi folks,
I posted this in DHD Android Dev as well but it is against the forum rules....sorry for that!!!
First of all, sorry for claiming here on this board but I really need Your Help. I am on a businesstrip outside the country and I switched off my DHD in the plane and it doesen't come up anymore. It's starting saying htc on the white background.....than htc quietly brilliant.....than htc Desire HD.....tthan it's vibrating short and the home-menu-back-search buttons lighting up.....after that the screen for entering the sim-pin does not apeer....it's starting reboot..again and again
It's not a battery issue cause when I go in clockword and wipeing reflashing everything is going through but it's not starting up
After 5-10 wipes it sometimes let me enter the sim pin but is going down after it and is in reboot mode again.
It's urgent becouse I have a wife and children and I am not reachable on my phone.
Hope someone can help me

Have you tried reflashing the rom?? without wipes first and with full wipe if that didn't work...

Do not restore rom.download new full rom with full wipe,dont restore apps with any app just play store.There was a problem with sabsa with pin entering but that is solved in next update.

I tried all ways to flash, bought a new 8 gb sd card......after a flushing after one or two restarts the dwvice is working for a short while and is beginning to restart again and again....my old sd card is not readable on my pc but if the device is working the device is reading and using the sd card
The new sd card and the flash to sabs 12 or othe roms not helped either
I guess it is a hw or driver problem.....I can leave the device the whole night long in cwm recovery or flash from sd card and the device is still working but after I try to startup it is not starting or restarting after a while

Have you try change battery?

Hi i'm from Mexico and i have the same EXACT Problem on my HDH but with S-ON
i'm trying to locate the correct RUU for my device but i can't, i found many on shipped roms home page but all the roms i have downloaded sent a USB ERROR or Incorrect Model or BAD ID device, i can't use ADB it doesn't recognise this device, i´m guessing that usb debug is not enable, but i can't get to setting because the device doesn't works, if i turn on my device it get stuck at htc boot screen and after 30 min it boots but the touchscreen or the vol keys or any keys doesn't work. Can anybody Help me?
i can ONLY run fastboot mode or fastboot commands

You are S-OFF that Is what it says...flash a recovery And then a custom ROM. Use the guide in My signature

Why not?

Because the recovery doesn't work and USB debugging isn't activated and when the phone boots (after hanging for 30 mins.) The touch screen doesn't work neither the buttons... do you have any tip? I want ti find the original RUU exe file but i can't find it

4 Callsign issue - no recovery, no fastboot

I' actually trying to revive an old HTC Desire... Is there still anyone who is able to help? I'll give further informations if I'll get feedback.

My suggestion is this:
1. Reading bortak's TROUBLESHOOTING
2. A search forum
3. Writing exactly what you mean

I'm sticking on the blackscreen, and no RUU works, even the 2.3 RUU doesn't. It is problem 2 or 4 of the list (with S-On), but how can I create a goldcard without a working HTC Desire? Are still all necessary tools online?

Try to write more, because the discussion will extend for a week.
Nothing you write, what you have bootloader.
Start by pressing the Vol- and briefly Power and write what you see.

If I start it with power, power+volume down, power+back or power+menu, I always get the same screen. The HTC-logo in the middle and four triangles with callsignes in the corners. I'm able to find my device with fastboot on the PC in this state, but I'm unable to start my recovery. I've found a picture of someone who obviously had the same or a similar problem.

Sometimes, wenn a RUU failes, I get also the "RUU-fail-screen". I'm able to see some informations there:

No wonder you can not find anything in the forum.
There is no such thing as "Callsign".
That you have a screen with four exclamation marks.
Known issue and widely described. Now you can easily find a solution to your problem, if the a8181 is not seriously damaged.

I have also another problem: If I start any RUUs on my PC (Windows 7) it shows always error 120 (low main battery), no matter if I have low battery or not, even when the device is not linked with the PC! Because of this I'm unable to try the "freezer-trick". This is obviously a PC-issue, but how to fix it?

I made it via fastboot (2.3)! But now I have the bootloop with the whitescreen. Does this exclusively mean that my motherbord is broken? I'm able to open the menu with the androids, but I'm still unable to start the recovery.
