Anyone have an info or links as to where I can find out more about the new CM7 theme selector? I am looking for info on how to use it and what all the features are. Thanks in advance
I was looking into it. It currently doesn't theme a lot, but looking at the xml files, I am thinking about trying out modding the Cyanbread theme for a red theme. I'm hoping it won't be too hard. Just have to take a more detailed look at it =] Best bet is to go ahead and use it to change your theme to see what is changed.

It does look awesome, but WHY DON'T ANY THEMES CHANGE THE VOLUME SLIDER COLORS.... the ugliest part of CM7 is those puke yellow bars and themse don`t change them.... sorry had to rant

Yeah, I got the Donate because he does so much work ont he inc and for CM7, I want to support him, but there is no difference between the versions.... that said, don`t be cheap, if you use CM, get the donate version...

I saw the other day that kmobs published a theme called "Greybread" but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm pretty sure the red and blue themes in the Market edit the framework files. Maybe tearing them apart will help you guys figure out how to work with the Theme Manager?

Themes like this, make me wish I went to school for something else lol, Have no clue how to go about making anything like this.
Fwiw, I poked around just with the framework. It was a CM7 based version. A few things look ok. Menu options port over, AOSP lockscreen looks nice. The batttery icons are only available at 5% increments so someone would have to modify 80+ images since ours goes through 100. Some status bar icons ported straight over. Wifi and signal bars need to be ported. I didn't test a lot and didn't check app compatibility. I'm sure there's some work there too. If someone who is pro at photo editing gets their hands on this it could be a nice project.

Yea I was looking into porting this too. I have it booting and it looks nice so far. I need to work on the pull down menu. If I can get that looking good I might release something something soon.
Yeah, go for it. If you get the pulldown looking smooth id love to see it. I was going to try that next but ran out of time.

Btw I'm going to try to port to ec05 rom not cyanogen so if there is a port of this rom on any galaxy s/variant a link to that well be pretty helpful

im now releasing a beta build of the beta of this theme
only the apps have been themed
everything else is based on amosher13 honeycomb aosp theme
i will be changing that now
right now i just want a few people to test out how well these apps work and look and point out mistakes

Mmmmmmm.....Klondike bars.....in all seriousness go to themes section and look at threads with theme Chooser apks. Usually those work on cm7. I'm using darkhorse theme. There are a bunch of others as well.

Not sure. Guess it depends on the keyboard and if the lib files work on cm7 as well
You can check the market for them to, for a wider array.

Seriously? About 6 threads down from this is a thread by Hatman that has Skyraider 4.3 theme in the title. Did you even look before starting this thread?

Its not that easy to make themes buddy... it takes a long time of hard editing and that's shy they are only simple colors unless a lot of people request something

Ain't everyone? Lols, but yeah someone please make a Steelers theme! I've tried everywhere. Even put a synergy rom on because they have a Steelers theme you can flash, but was too buggie, nice looking but I like the skyraider roms myself.

Any interest in a black/white or black/yellow theme for AOKP? I'm interested in getting into theming and am looking to begin with a simple color-change theme. I'd certainly keep it up to date, since my Epic is always up to date with the latest AOKP.

You have my full permission to port any of the themes found in my signature... 9 flavors is 9 different colored themes... All the info is there as far as hex values and such... Just be sure to give credit where it's due if you use any of my stuff!!
Btw, I'm running them on ns4g so the prices might be a bit more involved or would require a few manual xml edits ask me anything if you have questions!

We (myself and Jackstraw) proudly bring you YABT for the theme chooser.
Like ALL other Theme Chooser themes out there, you must have a rooted phone that has a ROM that supports theme chooser. Also, this is designed with JellyBean in mind, but should also work with ICS as well. We will only officially support JellyBean.
This is a black minimal theme, but much different from the others out there. We tried to stay with the Holo appearance, and have grays and whites as your foreground colors, with a little bit of transparency and gloss throughout.

I'm afraid there aren't any workarounds. You're allowed to post a donate version, but it must be the same as the free one.
Please PM me if you would like to reopen this for one of your free themes, but do not post here if your intention is to sell it.
