i did it step by step but i cant get it to work.. in the new room when i had 3vo2.50 i could but now i cant
upgrade new rom!

Unfortunately, if this is how you spell English, it sounds like you learned to write it from message boards and forums. I'm not judging - you're obviously not a native English speaker - but you might want to check the spelling of some often-used words to make sure you're not learning bad spelling.
