Not sure what I did, but was installing a new ROM, now its stuck on the loading screen, the logo.
How do I get to recovery, or how do I fix this?

If so, did you try recovery via fastboot?...

Somehow got into a boot loop when flashing new CM10 rom, can get back into bootloader which you think would then make it easy to get into recovery but the recovery flashes on screen for 1/10th of a second and then tries to boot. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

I have had my s 3 for a while as has it also been rooted for a long period.
I recently had a bad rom flash which for some reason disabled me from booting into recovery or the rom. it would boot past the tmobile screen and get stuck on the flashing samsung screen. If i tried to boot the recovery it would say in blue letters booting recovery image on the top corner and then resume to boot the os which would always get stuck on flashing samsung logo. I can get into download mode and i flashed a stock rom from sammobile website along with the stock kernel and recovery and i can now get into recovery but the rom always gets stuck at the flashing samsung logo or whatever the custom roms splash animation is even on roms that are not stock. im hoping someone can shine some light on this because im afraid i have a shiny paperweight.
Go into recovery and do a factory reset, but just so you know, it will also wipe your internal sd

got it :]. not sure why it wouldnt work after i did one trillion resets and wipes cache data dalvik etc but now it appears to be working. even rebooting normally to from the off state and from recovery. thanks

I got to stage 4A when I have to fastboot the recovery. It seemed to work alright then when I tried to load into recovery it just went to black screen. So I did the alternative and tried to flash TWRP recovery but now it just restarts my phone when I select recovery in the Boot screen.
What shall I do?
I dunno if it is related but google play cannot connect. Everything else works ok.
Maybe if I put the original recovery back on it i can try to get clockwork or the other on there again? Is it because I have a more recent version of the hardware?
I wipe reset the phone and after that it just got stuck at boot logo. I've tried many methods to revise it but couldn't so I'm hoping someone here can help. I've tried to flash many different CWM recoveries and after each flash, it says flash OK but It wouldn't boot to CWM recovery. It just got stuck at logo. Then I flash back the stock recovery and it got back the stock recovery. I couldn't copy any file to the phone. When I plug in the phone to PC, it only sees the CD drive of the phone with driver setup. How do I revise this phone? Thanks

hello I am trying to fix this old phone which keeps bootlooping. I can't get to the OS, and the bootloader won't show. When I try to go to the bootloader, I get to the recovery screen. I tried looking for an answer on google but all of the ones I found needed me to boot to the OS first. please link me to a tutorial for how to fix these, and explain like you would to a complete newbie. This what you will flash the stock recovery of your phone since is booting into recovery. Now have in your sdcard the stock firmware renamed to whateva your line of desire is 0pjfimg etc. Now when your reboot your phone it will boot into the stock recovery there is an option for bootloader/hoot screen.The phone will see the firmware when it boot into bootloader. So and let me know ok.
