i think it needs to have miui launcher as default launcher to use this theme.
It's for cyanogenmod, why do you state otherwise.
It's okay for all mdpi theme Chooser-compatible roms.
It doesn't have status bar battery :/

Don't think it will look nice on a MDPI screen, but I can try. Tomorrow I post some screens (tomorrow for me at least, I'm on GMT -3)
