http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905003
But I need Android sdk to work and I get this error all the time:

Have You already applied all the Updates from "Windows Update"?
Perhaps ".NET Compact Framework 3.5" is not installed on Your machine?
eryunt is right. This is definitely a .Net Framwork error.
where can I get it from ?? give me a link plz
Installing windows updates will download it, but at any rate, here are two places to download it:
Official Microsoft page
Filehippo Mirror (The download button is on the top right)
Both pages offer an online installer, the installer is about 2.8MBs and then what it downloads during installation differs depending on what updates your system has.
And in the Microsoft page, there's also a link to download a full package (offline installer) which is about 230+MBs.
Hi.
I'm trying to run an HTC Desire official RUU and extract the ROM but as soon as I run the RUU, I keep on getting an error message:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I have tried running the RUU on various systems running Windows 7, Vista and XP (both updated and fresh installed) and have also redownloaded the file. The RUUs I have tried are:
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_hTC_Asia_WWE_2.13.707.1_Radio_32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_143921_signed.exe
RUU_Bravo_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.19.707.7_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126179_signed
Is anyone else having the same problems? Is there anything special I need to do before running the RUU?
Thank you in advance.
How big are the files you're trying to run? An RUU will be be 160-170MB in size if complete

Finally was able to extract the official ROM after redownloading the file about 8 times. Thanks for your help.
Hi. I had to format my Win 10 laptop. Before I did, I could flash a Ruu.exe,but now I can't. What would be the necessary thing/s I should do,what am I missing?
You need vcredist (Visual C++ Redistributable) installed, I cant remember which version of it, but im assuming the lastest one would probably cover it.

I pass this screen and nothing happens.
Solved. The problem was that the Visual C++ Redistributable version should be 2008. Thanks a lot.
EDIT: Fixed, I tried the third USB cable and that was the point.
Hi, please help with my phone's root
I already did:
Download firmware from xperiFirm and flash over flashtool64
Now I'm trying to do a "quick recovery of flash recovery.img" to unlock the bootloader, but quickly run me always write "<wait on any device>".
I found guides about driver repair, I tried about 10 drivers and none of them installed me.
Error Messages:
1) Can not Run, Incorrect Code # 10
2) It is not compatible with the device or does not support the x64 processor
Do you want to wait on any device? "" Do you have a solution to install the correct driver and get buzz? "
My Phone: Sony Xperia M4 Aqua E2303 - 26.3.A.1.33
Very thank for your help and support

I tried the appropriate option in recovery, but I get the message "impossibile to mount SD card".
Any hint please?

this is the only way that is possible without a PC. If you followed these steps and it doesn't work, you're out of luck. Get a PC. A laptop from a friend or family will already suffice.
