Is there any site with possible free widgets to download (evo)?

You can download applications from the "Market" application on your phone. Some applications are free but some cost money. Certain applications have a widget and some don't. Just browse the market and see what you find.

It'll help if you were to ask us what you wanted to find for as a widget on your home screen EVO phone.

I've been using launcherplus for a few weeks and like it very much. I wanna buy the paid version, but I can't find it in the market. When I search for launcherpro plus, it didn't come up. Any idea?

Enter the developers website for more information. You need to donate to get the code you enter at the Settings on Launcher Pro to get the Plus Features..
you can buy it from the the launcherpro site.. he then sends you a unlock code.
Thanx.

for those wondering basically the developer does not live in a country that google allows to sell apps. Because of this you have to go through the website. Worth every penny for it.
What happened to it? I paid the $5 a couple of weeks ago and loved playing with the emulator. I wiped my phone and started with a clean slate and a new rom. I went to go redowload the app and its no longer in the market. I'm not sure if this is allowed, but if someone could post the apk to n64oid if you have it, that would be great!

The reason why the n64 emulator is not on the market is because the developer of the emulator took it off the market because he didn't want any bad ratings

i believe it will be back up in about 2 months.
but he is doing fixes to it so its not a buggy beta.
(prays CM7 team doesn't do that)
I do have the apk but i believe under XDA rules we cant share it because if i believe the term is right Warez?
Aww man, I didn't find anything wrong with it. I didn't know if you were allowed to PM me the apk since I have bought it in the past? If not, are you still able to look up the developers email address?
Sent from my SPH-D700 using XDA App
I don't recommend you even ask someone to PM you the .apk, since it could still be considered requesting wares which would earn you an infraction.
Also, if you already bought the app I suggest you try contacting the developer and try to work something out.
Is it still warez if I have bought it?
*edit* I don't mind contacting the developer, but I can't even do that since I don't have his email and its not listed in the market...

Yes, simply because we have no way of knowing you really did. No offense or accusation intended, it's just a fact of life.

always feel free to hit the "thanks" button
hope he replies.
i know it sucks when losing a app you paid for.
do you happen to have the "shoot me " app for a screen shot of your market? may help sending it to him to show you paid?
I will hit the thanks button when I have access to a computer
It doesn't even show in my apps I bought section of the android market, so I can't take a screen capture. Only way to prove is to show a screen shot of my bank account. But even then, I don't think it shoes which app I bought

There is some way to show proof you bought the app

Any idea how? I'm looking through my orders on the Android Market website, and it's not showing up - I presume because the app is no longer on the market. I can't find a section on the site to show billing history or something of that nature.

Nevermind, I found out how. You don't actually look for it using the Android market, you have to go to www.checkout.google.com to look up your billing history. Anyway, here's my proof in case any doubts were raised
*edit* removed picture
U shouldn't post that picture
For all you know I could send that same exact picture with minor modifications to the dev to you knows not that I would

N64 app would be neat, give starcraft 64 a go.

Just got this reply from the developer. Great guy!
A great number of users are complaining about the compatibility and running performance. Considering the bad ratings, I temporarily unpublished N64oid. I am doing a rewrite of some of the core modules. Don't worry, N64oid will be back much better in a month. And of course you won't have to pay for it again.
Attached is the apk file.
Thanks for the understanding! I won't let people down.

If anyone has this apk please share its no longer available in the market. Or if you know of any apps that allow you to take Screen Shots of the G2 with no root plz post the apk to the post, thanks.
Just Try to Google out: "screenshots without root" and a nice article will show at the top of the searched list.

Thank you sir for the recommendation much appreciated it
there's quite a few if you look in the market, i use one called "screenshot" but i know another called "shootme" and the main way they work is basically when the phone is shaken, a screenshot gets taken and saved to the SD card
I am getting two ads a day in my Notification Bar. It's odd because I don't download anything from the market that looks suspicious. I also read the comments for everything I download. Does anyone know of a way I can figure out what app is pushing these ads or if there is a app that will scan my phone for malware?

It's probably just some ad sponsored app. Just get AdAway and all your problems are solved.

My wife and I both have SGS3's and she is constantly getting these apps/widgets that pop up on her home screens yet are not in her app drawer and these are not apps that she downloaded. Anyone else experience anything similar and is there a way to block these apps?? Thanks

Get airpush from playstore it will tell you what app is causing it
sent via galaxy s3 on jelly bean
If you find the offending app, you can opt out of their push notifications via a website depending what company is pushing the spam on you. I honestly forget which company it was ... you'll have to go to the playstore and find the offending app and check out the description. I know one of them had instructions on how to opt out.
Wont work for all of them, but you might get lucky.
There is also an airpush opt out app in the playstore as well.

Wait a few weeks and you'll see blinkfeed on the app store, HTC should be putting most sense features up as individual apps soon.
