It would be sweet to have the Gmail app from Honeycomb ported over to Archos devices! If you haven't seen it yet, check out the video that Google released previewing Honeycomb.

Haha! Yes, that would be sweet. But seeing as how that is not going to happen for a while, having some pieces of the puzzle would be AWESOME!
heh.......
I don't think that version of GMail is restricted to Honeycomb. If you look at the Galaxy Tab's GMail program it is very similar in layout and function. So it should be relatively easy to port over if you have access to a tab and knowledge of how to do that kind of thing. I...unfortunately...have neither.

Not at all. The Gmail program in the Galaxy Tab is exactly the same as the one on smartphones.
What you are talking about is the e-mail app made by Samsung with the two panels.

K, here is the file. Try putting it into this location
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter\Themes
Should work as long as you have everything else installed.
You can find the HTC clock here
http://www.htchome.org/en/download/
Let me know if it works.
Wow this is gorgeous!
New one im working on
I am going to download and install this when i get home. Is there any easy way to remove this if i dont like?
A simple uninistall and your back to normal.
awesome staff
This would be better if we could use Live/Hotmail instead of Gmail, and if there was a Songbird panel, though I could probably make one of those.
EDIT: The developers of Omnimo created a panel editor which allowed me to create a Songbird panel, and I can just use the Outlook panel to monitor my Live.com email.
Anybody find another dialer that works with our phones? I'm not a huge fan of the stock dialer.
Go contacts
Dialer One is pretty bad ass.

Trying out Touchpal Dialer by Cootek... I used Dialer One on my Nexus One and got on well with it but want something with a crisper UI...
+1 for Touchpal dialer.
Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk
ended up dumping touchpal dialer... Watchdog was flagging it as hi CPU even when the phone was idle... trying out GoDialerEX right now but have a feeling i'll find myself back with DialerOne... stock dialer is seriously lacking! why cant i click a pic of a contact after typing a few letters of their name and get actiuons like SMS, call, Open contact etc. the way I can with every other dialer??
Same about TouchPal... liked the crispness of the UI

+1 on this one, most of the apps they have are very good and user friendly.
go dialer/contacts is the best out, a lot of options/themes and stable
yup tried all 3 mentioned here and liked go dialer/contacts the most clean with options and had the functions I liked.

Yup... I'm running GoDialer EX at 200 as opposed to the stock 240 density and all is well... The green "call" butten is a tiny bit stretched but its tons better than the way the stock dialer looks at 200
Anyone know of a dialer like the one is sense...it was great at connecting pictures to Facebook and still only showing my Google contacts

hey guys, i wanna know if anyone knows a good to do list or task list or whatever you wanna call it, for keeping in track of doing my homework. i want an app thats simple and quick, and have a nice Holo themed UI(optional), and also just work well in jotting down my homework assingments. Cos i really dont like carrying a planner around and using it is really boring and jus wastes time, as I use my phone for everything I want to keep my homework assingments on my phone too, so everything is organised and in one place and it'll be easy and quick to check my homework on my phone.
thanks

It's on my g3, was curious what it was also. I was thinking it might be built into the watch and just shows up as being able to mute but it's not installed thru phone to do so.

I have the Android L preview on my Nexus 5 but don't see any Google Fit app (at least, not in the app drawer). Is it a user launchable application, or just a system library?

I haven't played with the developer preview so I'm not sure.
This seems to be what I remember from the July announcement:
developers.google.com/fit/
But I'm not sure it's integrated into what Google released.
