Hi Everybody,
Firstly my thanks to everybody involved with XDA site. This is just an awesome place. Thank you so much for having gotten me all those roms for all the windows devices I have used in the past. People like Olipro and cmonex, thanks so much for your untiring approach to help people like me get the best out of our mobile devices. (Same goes to everybody out here).
Mods and Admins, Thanks to you guys too.
Wishing you all a very happy new year and looking forward to a fabulous year ahead with all of you people.
Regards
Vasu

Hey guys - after a crisis of conscience i have retired from the forum.
I have taken the roms with me but no doubt you will find them elsewhere.
Thanks to all those that supported me but i now believe rom hacking is not strictly legitimate and i do not wish to have my name associated with them for personal and career reasons.
?????
I don't know why you're doing this, but I want you to know that yours ROMS are very beatiful and powerful and I'm sure you have very good reasons to do this.
Thanks again for your work.
Good luck and hope to see you again elsewhere!
Bye
Thats a shame... cause you've been doing a great job and been helping us a lot with not only your nice roms... but also with your knowledge and help!!
But I respect your decision and I wish you all the best with the future!!

Shame best ROMs around and still going! if all ROM writers do what you are going, then no point to this BRILL WEB SITE, then we left with just a normal PDA phone. Iphone maybe now lol
That 's too bad to hear. Who hired you? Microsoft, HTC?
Anyway... a huge THANKS from me and I wish you the best. Nice to be here with us.
CU arround (...I hope).

Good day everyone. I just thought I would take the time to thanks everyone here. The developers, the phone manufacturers, and the users who make the forums interesting.
Keep up the great work.
Great post. I've been helped countless amount of times! Thanks guys!
I usually help, but i got helped a lot of times
I would say thanks to this site
Thanks to all the devs and specially to the xdandroid devs, that made my diamond nicer
I'm not looking for answers - just sharing my appreciatetion and thanks! Because of the GREAT job of XDA Developers and the people who post on this forum, I was able to go from being a total noob a few months ago, to being able to root and flash my Captivate yesterday without so much as a hiccup. Yes, I started the process many months ago, spent some time reading through the forums and didn't post anything because I didn't feel comfortable asking any questions when I saw so many others being told..."go look it up." I'm glad I did, because looking it up made me more knowledgeable and capable of doing what I did.
I don't have any $$ right now because I just got done with surgery and being out of work for a month, but as soon as I am back on my feet, I will certainly be donating to XDA and the developers of the ROM and Apps I used to help me along the process.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
Welcome to posting in forums,
Nice first post
Here Here!
I just want to provide a big "thank you" to everyone who contributes to XDA. I modded my gtablet to "Calkulin+Clemsyn" and in the process I soft-bricked it. However, XDA provided all the information and resources I needed to use nvflash and install C+C correctly. I thought I loved my gtablet with Vegan-tab, but I'm really digging C+C (Skype w/video!). I now feel like I have a brand new device to play with for 2012!
This community does awesome work. I'm so happy with my tablet that some donations will be coming to those who worked so hard on making these custom ROMS and those who provide all this valuable information.
I concur.
My devices are millions times better due to the work of rom developers!
Thanks XDA
Have been learning from XDA devs for almost 2 years - it's time to write to thank all of you for making everyone's experience better. Just flashed Ultimite ICS rom for my sensation and it's excellent, the documentation/comments/responses were excellent, and all-around this is an exceptional resource.
So, thanks.
Just the fact that we come back to read and contribute day after day, week after week, year after year, shows how much we love this site. The membership has doubled this year. Be certain that XDA will be a household name in the next couple of years as Android and Windows phones spread around the world.

I would also have to concur. All the wonderful folks here at XDA have made my devices (Samsung Omnia i710 and now HTC HD7) much more interesting over the years. Many thanks to all the devs!
I would just like to drop in and say THANK YOU to the xda community as a whole.
i am not overly knowledgeable about these things. and the people here have been such a huge help.
originally all i wanted was to optimize my new tablet when i got it (acer a501) did a lot of reading and decided i wanted to root witch was easy... but i hit a snag wile flashing from one rom to another.
and the help flowed in. fast and helpful responses. while i was freaking out thinking i bricked my new toy, my helpers were calm and on point, and got me thru it. and they had no problem taking the time to teach me things that i asked about. now im helping people with simple problems so the experienced people can take on the big jobs......until i learn
so THANK YOU to the devs, cooks, and all the knowledgeable people that make up the best forum on the net.
THANK YOU!!!
I'm going to second this one. I don't usually do florid thank-you posts, but I really do appreciate the work going on here. xda gave my phone a second chance at life; WinMo sucked battery life and performance, but with GBX0B my phone feels like it's at least a year newer.
Thank this page and all people who are intetested in modding of Android

I want to say thanks as well. I discovered this site through a friend. I came here, read through on how to properly install rom and then downloaded a rom and it worked So yes I am on my way. I am not completely new to the Android world but when you deviate you tend to forget things. This site is bringing it all back to memory and helping me discover new things.
I would like also to show my appreciation to this forum and for the many people that support it and it's users.
It is been great on my side and greatly helpful.
I too would like to send out a HUGE thank you to all in the xda community for the compounding wealth of knowledge and experiences within.
It's taken me a little while to get where I am today, but like all things... persistance pays... but could definately not have gotten there without you all.
Thanks so much for all the help! This forum honestly made it really easy to start rooting and flashing. I remember getting my first android phone this year and boy was it difficult figuring out what everything meant at first... Thanks for keeping my G2x alive and well
I would like also to show my appreciation to this forum and for the many people that support it and it's users.

Thank you all at xda, You know that age old question what am I going to do with my life? Well mine got answered. I allways wanted to go to school for something with computers, i love how it works and I pick up on it very fast. Was thinking computer eng. but not anymore software eng. Thanks to playing with these roms and now I just want to make them myself. So as a first post I had to say thanks.
I want to join thanks. My knowledge of English is limited. but thanks to you, I have successfully mastered the rum and firmware. understandable and clear descriptions and instructions for the beginner.
in Russian forums (4pda.ru and et.setera.. ) all make a mess and difficult.
Online xda, with my poor knowledge of the language, I quickly figured out
I want to thanks to alll ! Great Job XDA ! Cheers

I also would like to extend my gratitude to these forums..
I have been using opensource for ten years so getting answers on google and forums is a must sometimes.
I am very new to android and smartphones so naturally I had 1.5 million questions as I rooted, installed a custom rom, and installed my other high end useful apps. And I have yet to have to open a forum thread with a question.
Thank you
Ty CDs thanx to you all for helping root my nook my LG thrill and my HTC vivid
