I noticed that you are using VorkKernel. Try flashing a different modified Kernel that is compatible and/or a different radio version, see if that helps.

Hi Guys,
Installed the R8 Rom from Modaco, but I can't get the APN to turn off, so it's always on.
I've used a few diferent APN widgets, but they don't do anything (worked on stock before all ok).
Can anyone advise me as to how I can turn the APN off when I don't want to use the net?
Thanks

Can you suggest any good ones?

I'm running 2.2 neophyte 1.3 rom
And sync doesn't work. I'm not sure it ever did even on a stock rom.
Is there a fix now?

Hi guys, my Wifi hotpot isn't working anymore on CM7.1.0.1. I tried flashing different kernels (2.6.35 to 2.6.32 and back to 2.6.35) but it still didn't work. I restored it back to a CM7.0 Final backup and it worked on that, restored to CM7.1.0.1 and it got the error again. Anyone got a fix for this?
Have you tried a different radio?

DON'T FLASH A RADIO THAT ISN'T MADE FOR YOUR PHONE..........
You'll most likely break it forever.

Hiya guys,
I have just downloaded and installed the Revolution ROM and everything went well except now my wifi will not work.
I go into the wifi settings and it says "error" next to the wifi tab and it will not turn on.
Does anybody out there know how to fix this?
Thank you in advance.
logcat says something like: failed to load wifi driver
Try reflash the kernel?

now i have tried two different roms and wifi still not working
Did you wipe before flash? If not try that. If yes try restore WiFi settings from a titanium backup if you have one

Sorry I meant when you flashed the Rom.
I don't use sense so can't recommend a kernel. Snq maybe?

dont forget to apply the latest radio version 3.35.20.10, the GPS some time not working fine with older radio
http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/HTC...port_Downloads
first from RomManager downgrade your CWM to version: 2.5.0.7
and install the radio from the recoverymod, then upgrade your CWM to the latest version again from the RomManager

Anybody that can help me with this??
Thanks!
Download gps test or gps status app from market to trigger the gps. If it doesnt work then reflash your radio via fastboot method.
For me cwm radio flash never worked. I have always used fastboot method and it never failed me.

there is no real difference between fashing in recovery and fastboot,so it shouldnt matter which way you choose...
actually radio reflash should fix(and for me that worked everytime) gps issues after flashing new rom..
you can try gps test and in settings reset and update AGPS..
