I need to move Copilot to the sd card, just to get some more space to upgrade & so on. Is there a way to do that?

I got co-pilot free on a memory card when i brought the phone, i installed it all ok but when it asked where to install i said on the memory card, is there anyway to install it onto the phone and leave the maps on the memory card? if so how?
The maps are stored on memory card anyway...installation to device or memory card refers to the program itself not the data
But i click for it all to be installed on the memory card, so if i take the memory card out the co-pilot wont be on the phone, how do i install it onto the phone or how do i copy it all to a larger memory card?
I'm running cyanogen and when I try to move apps to the SD card only about 1/3 of the apps will move there. Does partitioning allow you to move all of it?

Click to collapse
You could just move your apps back to internal memory and then swap out the card and reformat.
I think its even easier:
Dismount SD card, remove and insert in PC, copy its contents and then copy them to your new card. Insert new card.
That's what I did when I formated my card when I was suspicious it had errors. No need to move data to memory.
Have downlaoded a couple of apps from the play store to move my apps from my phone storage to my sd card, but neither of the apps see my external sd card. How can I get around this?
Anyone know how I can move apps to SD card
