First I open up file manager and delete the Android and Lost.dir folder, then I proceed with the steps below:
1. Put rom and gapps on SDCARD
2. BACK UP CURRENT ROM (Just in case)
3. Do a full wipe (Highly Recommended)
4. Flash Rom
5. Flash gapps
6. Reboot
7. Enjoy

one thing, what colors do we set for the notification bar? my Time and all my notifications are black too so i can't see much

Whatever color you would like, Menu> Settings> CM Settings> User Interface> Status Bar> Clock Color.
Edit: From the user interface select notification colors and set them to whatever you desire, besides black.

just downloaded the rom and so far not too bad. I hope it has a good battery life since its not a sense rom.

Awesome, awesome app the graphics and color schemes are sick. Any way anyone could tell me how to add greek to the android keyboard so I can slide between languanges. Its missing. Its usually under ELLHNIKA kinda looks like that but squiggly. Thank you and hats off fantastic work from xda and android devs.

Folks, get this ROM. Put it on with the Apex kernel and it's beastly. With fairly light use, I only dropped 10% after three hours. Every other config I did was 10% within the first half hour even idling.

Looks good! Love a good clean thread like this and the ROM looks cool!

I am using Android Revolution HD v2.1.1 with light use for about 12 hours I have lost only 20%....perfect do you think anyway many thanks Roman ill try asap..

Same on the cdma build.

I updated from build 6 to build 7 and now I'm missing the music app :/ Aside from that, this from is great! Barely lost any battery on power saver mode and its been 6 hours! On Francisco Franco's kernel ( on nightly 2)
Just one suggestion though, is there any way to make the custom setting options in the notification tray customizable?
Id really like to have the ability to add custom apps and toggles

EDIT: Just checked MD5, it was a bad download, works great now
Just installed this after a full wipe. It shows that the build is 4.0.1; Google wallet crashes immediately and repeatedly; No system menu options in notification menu; It seems like this is just a renamed stock ROM... I'll try V6 to see if it was just posted incorrectly.

really like your rom. GPS is working fine on this one and really nice bootscreen
However, there are a few things I've found which could be optimized (attached a few files).
Replace the old gallery with the new one from 4.0.3 (old one has a 30 FPS limit...)
Replace Genie Widget with the new one from 4.0.3 (old one is ugly compared to the new version)
Remove first line in /system/lib/egl/egl.cfg for better 3D acceleration
Otherwise it would be nice to have the possibility to reach the settings menu from status bar again without loosing the ability to set wifi and display brightness etc...

Swiss Android Rom, also known as SAR, was an envision that XDA member AnAm85 had for a Rom that had additional apps and mods while keeping the traditional Swiss Army Knife look (Red and White). This Rom is red, and features the "Coat of arms of Android" which is a custom logo and wallpaper designed by XDA member AnAm85. Thats why we made it Deodexed, that way if you have a favorite TeAm VeNuM theme, it can be applied!
This Rom was not designed for the best possible battery life, but through testing, it has not been a major issue. Remember to calibrate your battery and wipe battery stats after every new ROM flash. This can improve battery life it its own way.

ROM runs great. Equally as smooth as Calk's so far. I cannot get the Quick Panel settings to take effect. It is quite possible that there's been a user error but I thought I'd mention it. I should mention that I do not run TouchWiz and am on Go Launcher in case that has something to do with it.

We will look into this. I have noticed that I can no longer log into the Amazon Appstore either. Even with reseting my password, it still says "Please enter a valid email and password."
Can anyone else verify that their Amazon Appstore is working? I NEED MY APPS!

I recommend checking your Amazon account online and deleting some registered devices. I had the same error and it seems every time I flash, it shows up as a new device and you can only have so many. I don't remember exactly the way to get to your devices, but look at account settings. Almost 100% sure this will fix your issue.

That's just how good VeNuM is!

I stick with my earlier comment. Things have been running flawlessly. My battery life has actually been really good too. Only issue (minor) I have is the Quick Panel settings don't work. Other than that, RC1 has been as good as Calk's EL26.

There will certainly be more to come as this theme is always changing and progressing. This version of Rockin' Rainbows is for the best rom available atm AOKP v25 and AOKP M4. I hope you love it as much as I do! I have lots of new ideas for Rockin' Rainbows Gnex edition...so stay tuned! Feedback is always welcome and appreciated also I am always open to suggestions and requests.
*Note- After installing RR theme you may need to adjust some settings in "Rom Control" for the battery to display the correct icons in the status bar as well as for the soft keys in the nav bar.
Battery: menu/settings/rom control/status bar/battery/icon style/set to circle mod. I also have mine set for bar location/hide.
Nav Bar/Soft Keys for icons to show as displayed in the theme:
Menu Location: Both, Menu visibility: always on, *** Nav bar color: Set Hex: #00000000 ***. The rest is up to you.
This theme has only been tested on AOKP build 25 and AOKP M4. M4 isn't as complete as Build 25 but will be soon. Be sure to make a backup before flashing M4 just in case you want more themed and want to wait a few days

Click the icon link in the op. That will open the list of icons. From there you can either select individual icons to download or you can download the entire rockin rainbows icons zip. Hope that helps

What Is Black Exodus?
When I started theming for Android almost 1 year ago I always liked making dark themes and as I was always purchasing devices with the AMOLED screen technology it would save a little battery too. So this is basically what Black Exodus is, its a completely dark, minimal experience for all you guys on AOKP/CM9 to enjoy. I took inspiration from Pele on his Black Android Theme and took feedback to make this as clean and simple as possible. May I also add that this theme is FAR from done and plan on adding tonnes more features in the near future.
Why Aren't You Theming TouchWiz?
I was initially going to theme TouchWiz then I heard news from Codeworkx that CM9 was coming very soon to the SGS3 so I didn't really see the point if I already have an existing theme ready for when CM9 comes so I hope you understand that I'm concentrating on APK themes from now on to add more awesome features

Dude, just suggesting.. I think sammy rom on S3 is pretty good with a lot of smart features and don't have in CM.. So it would be great if you can theme S3 stock rom as well.. Always love your work man...

The popup keys on the default keyboard are white on white and almost impossible to read. Excellent theme! Thanks for updating and sharing.

Excellent as always mate, not a lot to add.
But after heavy testing of AOKP and CM9, I'm staying with the Sammy custom ROMs. For me, they're better - simple as that. I want all features on my phone to work, and the "pure Android experience" (a ludicrous expression) doesn't allow that.
My $0.02. Sure the non-Sammy fans will love your theme. If I was one I certainly wouldn't look at another theme.

Hey guys. Here's a little something to compliment the theme.
Should work on all version releases or TWRP. Enjoy!
Instructions:
Create a folder in the TWRP folder on your internal storage and name it theme
Copy the ui.zip file to the theme folder and reboot to recovery
Now sit back with a beer while you hit my donate button so we can drink together

finally, it was time for some dev work on a version in black, on, for me the best rom of the moment, many heartfelt thanks.

All insercoin perfect, I refer some suggestions:
. - Add icons such as gmail, earth etc.
. - In the phone application, add black background in contact, groups and last calls.
. - In settings, black background, respecting the icons that are simply fantastic
Excuse the post, but it really was eager for a black mod for this rom.

Nice suggestions. You must really like your black. lol. But I am working on a lot more images. I should have an update soon. the only problem with theming market apps is they update so fast. It's hard to keep up. But I will try. :good:

I have not looked at that rom. But it should work. Worst case, you won't get all the images themed. This just injects images to the apk's. If the chef changed any of the apk images or recompiled them differently then just those images won't be replaced. I doubt that would happen.

I found "bugs", or something that you forgot :
- In the settings menu, the power icon is always green like stock.
- The B for Beat icon is too much dark, a grey icon will be better because we can't see it in the music app, or in the appdrawer.
- The icon + to add a contact when you tap the avatar in sms app is stock too.
