Are you trying to send/download MMS?
Make sure your APN is enabled with the correct settings provided from your carrier and try again.

I get this, have never been able to send or receive MMS since getting the device. Carrier has checked settings, all correct, HTC can't help either.

I remember reading about people having issues sending MMS's under CM, but that it had been fixed in the newest version. When I tried to send a few pics to people a couple weeks ago, the recipient would receive blank messages.
I haven't tried since then. Tonight, I'm trying to send one, and it's stuck on "sending."
Ideas? Fixes?
Thanks in advance!

Hmm!
Are you getting good coverage where you are? I'm rocking the latest & greatest from cyanogen(6.1.1) & I'm able to send pic's through mms just fine.
No MMS problems on my end.
Yeah, I get great coverage. Hmm, did your MMS work right out of install without setting modification?
EDIT: I did a restart. Still same issue; the message sticks on "Sending... " on both 3G and Wifi.

Just a quick thought - are you apn settings correct? They may have got botched somehow - just go to it, hit menu and click reset to default. See it that helps at all.

Gave that a shot, still stuck at "Sending...".
Thread rolled off into second page. Bump!
I flashed my phone with a new Rom for the first time today, but now my MMS isn't working.
I tried restoring APN as stated in multiple other threads and finally got an MMS to send, however I still can't receive MMS messages.
Any ideas?

Download GO SMS. That should work fine. I don't even think you have to use the Go SMS app after the first mms you send. Just don't uninstall it. Try that.

I tried that, and it just sent the person a link to the picture instead of an MMS. Maybe I configured it wrong?

I am having the same issue. I cannot send sms any more. I have found that some go thru but never show on my phone. Please help. Would hate to lose this awesome ROM
Has Anybody been having issues with texts lately? It seems like my messages are not getting through. Maybe happens once every 10 messages.
Idk if it's my network or the rom but I think it might be the network.

I had similar problems with att settings on my phone and it was the APN settings that were off a little. Had http:/ instead of http:// for the mmsc and it wasn't downloading or sending. Not sure if you touched your APN settings but if you did double check them.
Has anyone had problems sending or receiving picture text messages? I can't receive them or send them... can someone help me.

I have problems sending and mostly receiving picture text messages using Handcent. I sent them an email. I think is how they set the APN.
Picture text messages work fine on stock message app.
Are you using stock message app? Check your APN settings for your carrier.
Note 3
no problems here with stock or gosms apps.
still running stock build, I'm on tmobile's network.
In my apt i don't get service, so the messages have the circle and are waiting to send. When i gain service it still won't send. A simple restart usually fixes for me and messages go through. Try clearing the data on messages app. Turn off phone take your sim out and put it back in and see what luck you get.

For me, 3rd party MMS apps only seem to send /receive messages after a reboot. Not sure what the problem is.

Gosms is not working for me.
Only SMS issue I have is when you open up a text from the lockscreen, you type in words and it doesn't show at all. Gotta exit out then go back into the text and it'll work.
I just started having MMS issues yesterday. I have tried uninstalling the update to Hangouts, clearing cache in the Messaging app and Hangouts, force stopping both, and clearing caches, reboots, toggling data, I can't seem to get an MMS to send or receive. Anyone else having this issue as of yesterday the 18th? It's driving me crazy!
From what I have seen this is a T-mobile problem as it has started happening with MANY phones.
I had this issue the other day. I ended up uninstalling the SMS app I was using which was Hancent and the issue went away.
I am currently using SMS Popup along with Chomp SMS and it appears to be working okay.

double check your APN maybe?
It will be your APN settings, there are 2 settings. One for MMS and another for data. Can you at least access the internet?
Delete the MMS settings then just send a text request for settings to your network provider, the settings will then get automatically set up.
