[Q] Kernels for AOSP 2.3 - Droid Incredible Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey XDA community. I want to know if there are AOSP kernels out for Android 2.3? Besides 2.6.32.26 invisiblek-aosp #21. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I looked everywhere for it but can not find one. Thanks guys.

[Q] Porting MIUI Gingerbread to the SGN

I'm curious if it's at all possible to port a Gingerbread rom to the Galaxy Nexus. I really miss MIUI since buying the SGN to replace my HTC Desire HD. MIUI 4.0 hasn't really matured yet so I'm investigating if it's possible to port a MIUI 2.3.7 rom to the SGN.
There are no kernels available for the SGN to use with Gingerbread. Can I use a kernel for an other device that is similar to the SGN?
if so...
I'm new to rom cooking (although I've used plenty of custom roms). Can anyone tell me which device for which a official MIUI rom is available matches the SGN best?
Does anyone know a good starters guide for porting a rom?
Forgive me my possibly stupid questions. I'm new to this and I'm eager to learn.
Why would you want to do this? Your Rom will probably be as unstable as the ICS one
There is little interest in backporting old OS versions to newer phones. The only way is forward.

[Q] Stable Rom for ICS

Ive looked around the Development forum but i havent really seen any Rom's that are stable with ICS. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
Plenty of folks are using Andromadus Mimicry, now at v. 1.5.0. I think it's the most popular ICS ROM just now. There is also jerl92's CM 9.1 ROM, I haven't flashed that myself but I think it has a fair number of users, too. And then there are Sense ROMs, but them I don't know at all.
Lots to choose from!

[Q] Most Recent MIUI?

I've been a lurker on here for awhile, mainly just keeping up with different roms. I love MIUI, but cannot find a good answer on the most recent ROM for the Toro.
I'm currently running this one:

Also, what is the best kernel that will work with MIUI? I've read about the Imoseyen lean kernel, but can't find any working download links because its so old.
Thanks guys.
No help here? Lol

Kernel bits.

Hi folks,
I want to have a poke about the kernel on this thing.
I've built one from the 3.0 sources, and I have some 3.4 bits I want to look at soon.
My goal is a 3.19 (ie. mainstream) kernel.
Anyone with docs on the chipset please let me know, it'd be a great help. I've not found much online (yet!)
