I was wondering if there is an app that let's you access files on your pc wirelessly for free?

Pandora with unlimited skips?

Does anybody know how to hack pandora to do this? I remember someone uploaded one in the Vibrant forum that allowed unlimited skips on the free version and it was also themed.
MOD EDIT: This is considered warez. If it requires a subscription, pay for it
