Android 4.0 'Notification Bar' for Android 2.2

I have downloaded the 'ICS Launcher' by Team Syndicate.
I though having the the Android 4.0 Notification Bar (Black & Blue) would look good with this theme.
I saw this in the screenshot provided in the App's Page.

[Q] Changing the personalize icon

Hi.
Id like to change the personalize icon on the bottom left of the rosie homescreen.
I want to achieve what this mod does for another phone. A RCmix3d tweak allows me to map any app to this button.

Thanks for the effort but this is not the icons at all they all white and they are different in many ways
the icons i am looking for use to be in the KANGY rom
but i only have the NS rom without the H-res icons
so still searching...

i want to change my call screen.
