There are no Galaxy ROMs mostly because there is very little demand and very few developers willing to work on a port. It's general consensus that the UI is undesirable. However, I imagine a port would be possible.

Not to be a buzzkill but I doubt that's gonna happen. Would be a lot more work than its worth. Touchwiz is a Samsung thing like sense is HTC. Devs have been working on a sense port for galaxy s for a long time, and while they do have one now its highly unstable. I imagine it would be the same for us to get touchwiz. I have both and personally would take sense over touchwiz anyday

I want to see MIUI on our phones and I'm am hoping one of the devs will pick it up soon and port it over. We have roughly the same hardware as the international Galaxy S2 who is currently running MIUI just fine. So my inexperienced guess is it shouldn't be too difficult.
Any devs interested in this project?
All things will come in time.

Once we've got an AOSP kernel it's all over.
I would die a happy man if I had MIUI on here. Looking forward to all the development potential!
Hey, this may have been answered, but I keep hearing one of the reasons (could be wrong) we don't see more stock ROMS is cause our device doesn't have AOSP support. Thats why we don't have an AOKP build for ICS too.
What does this mean? I am a noob.
Google.

It means you may get flamed for your post. Also need drivers. Either Samsung to release them or someone to build them.

Google is your friend.
I owned a Sony xperia x8 prior to this nexus and I loved it.. People in xda tried a lot to port sense on to x8 but failed to do it fully as lack of rom space...
Well now we have 1 gig of rom so I don't think we'll have less space or that.
Have people here tried porting sense 4.1 to our nexus?? It would look so beautiful here.
If no one has.. Please try now.
Or I have done some development in android.. Would love to learn.. Can you guide me to the place I can learn to make a sense rom?

Yes, without apparently success. Use the search in development section.
There's a couple of other threads discussing the same thing right now. The short answer, if I understand correctly, is that the technical difficulties involved are more than most devs want to tackle. Sense was never written to operate on this hardware, so the job of porting it over would be huge. In addition, Sense is closed source, so without access to any of the Sense source code the job gets even harder.

Just don't think there's enough interest.
http://www.sense4all.info somewhat got it but they said porting sense 3.5 will be easier so I think they're doing that right now. Maybe.
No offense, but why not just by a HTC device?
Are there any sense roms for the GS3? I can't seem to find any
Nop
Big NO

There was a huge thread in the beginning before the major split happened... They have a bootable sense ROM (do not even think of flashing) over in the international threads. It is a huge wip that I'm not following at all but you can follow over there and see if someone would take a crack at porting it.

no and there probably won't ever be. porting Sense over to Samsung devices is like porting full TouchWiz over to HTC devices...nearly impossible.
