I was wondering if there is a way to customize apps. Becasue some of the apps that I use, such as Lists by HTC, have big font size. And Microsoft Shopping List has good interface with nice font, but it is intended to use only for shopping. Is it possible to get source code for these apps?

Hey,
im trying to do a nice theme and what id ideally like is the option to have on the main page to have shortcuts to folders containing just specific items such as games/utils/general apps instead of linking to the full app catalog and having to sort through.
at the min im just using one of the main pages thats full of games and it looks untidy so id like to sort it out
cheers
Touch the screen for a prolonged period of time and it should pop up a menu with "folders" in it
As above or get Smart Shortcuts from the market....
or search for apps organizer in the market, this allows you to create folder and add any app you want to them. from there you can use these folders as widgets
there's this "folderorganizer" in market...... lite is free, but pay for full features...
one of the best features of Themer is the ability to link a folder than automatically aggregates your Most Used & Recent Apps.... is there an app, or preferably just a widget, that automatically does the same thing, apart from having to use Themer?
Search the play store for "AppKicker", it looks like what you're looking for!
I need to have 3 contact groups, Family, Friends, Work. In the past I have used an old app called smart shortcuts, I could add a shortcut for each folder to my home screen, It works buts its a huge pain.
There has to be a better way
Someone must have a better way?
Thanks
Maybe try a different launcher, I have groups in Nova Launcher for contacts, media apps, social networks apps, etc.
I second trying Nova launcher. A lot of these kind of features are available and built-in. I was always an Apex user, but it just didn't seem to work as well/smoothly with Oreo and S9... they haven't updated it much in the past few years. Nova on the other hand is extremely smooth.
Have you considered using the "edge" feature? It seems to be designed for exactly what you're looking for, without having to put shortcuts on the desktop.
I do use the edge feature for favorite/family contacts but I have something like 80 work contacts I need a seperate shortcut for and another for about 20 friends
Stock Android is near perfect. However I have a strong dislike for it's launcher as it won't allow sorting apps manually or creating folders in the app drawer. I don't like Nova type launchers either as they still sort apps alphabetically despite offering app category functionality. Can anybody port Samsung's native launcher for stock Android?

The app in question is Obsidian. I'd like to be able to install fonts on the Galaxy S22+ (US, T-Mobile) and be able to use it in 3rd party apps like that. I did a bunch of googling and found the zFont app, but it requires lots of steps, can only install one font at a time, and seems to be meant for changing the system font.
In case you're wondering specific about Obsidian, its not a native Android app with a typical Android settings menu to choose a specific font, like some Android apps have. It uses the Capacitor framework, its basically a mobile equivalent of Electron: built with HTML CSS and JS. The app allows writing custom CSS, so if I wanted to have a custom font I'd write font-family: SF Pro;.
