Any brother can upgrade Hermes from wm5 to wm6 via Vista ?

During the installation , I've got an error [260] that cannot connect the Phone via USB Cable ...
Can anybody help me fix the problem ?
Here are my Phone details
Rom version : 1.23.708.4
Rom Date : 07/24/06
Radio version : 1.06.00.10
32.37.7010.01w

come on man search on the forum....this has been done 1000 times...even i did it.fallow mr vanx guide and there shoulfnt be any problem.

i just use the ROM number version and didn't work , try it yourself.....

Anyone ?? can I backup a phon's ROM ?

oh yeah now i remember why i posted about searching on the forum! it was regarding dumping the current rom on the phone. there have been quite a few threads on it!

use these toools and then rebuild the rom using a kitchen!
searching will give you ideas on how to rebuild the dumped files
