The phone does not boot. On pressing Vol- and Power button, it vibrates, and then nothing. Screen is blank. It wont boot into Fastboot, Recovery or the ROM

i just flashed lasted firmware using the fastboot oemruu then rebooted into recovery but i wanted to check the baseband in system settings so i rebooted into the stock rom but it hasnt gotten past the htc splash screen when i try to get to the bootloader the capacitive buttons flash and continues to bootloop at the htc splash
That's because the firmware has a stock boot image which will not play nice. Go back into recovery and flash another boot image or the same Rom if you still have it...do it dirty. To get back into hboot hold the power button so it stops boot looping. It will turn off. Hit power and volume down. Then you will be in hboot. Hit volume down to scroll to recovery and hit power to reboot into it.

My phone kept getting "com.android.phone has stopped unexpectly, so i went into recovery and wiped cache and also fixed permissions and tried to reboot. Phone went to bootloop, never powers on. I try to hold power button and vol up and the phone vibrates and takes me to htc screen and then goes back to boot loop. I do not know how to get into recovery, please help?? Lollipop HTC One M8
Try holding power + volume down when the phone powers on, that should bring you into bootloader
The phone is stuck either with the battery screen or when I turn it on on the green and white android boot screen. When holding power and vol down it enters the hboot/fastboot menu, it is unlocked and S-ON. No options in either menu do anything. Recovery when selected enters the android boot screen with recover loading on top however it eventually reboots the device which heads back into the regular android boot screen. Please help, I do not care if the device remains unlocked or goes into stock android firmware.

What recovery image did you try to flash?
Did you do it via twrp or PC?
