It looks just like it but it is actually just the HTC Hub that is pre-loaded on their WP7 devices. It is basically a weather screen with a flip clock. You can touch the clock and it jumps to a 4 day forecast for your location of choice. Or you can browse for their other apps.

Before you start flaming me, I'm pretty sure these are legit and posted with approval of the developer.... You can buy the icons right from the page directly.
But if you're like me you only needed like one or two of these to complete your dock icons.

I wonder who can make Panerai clocks.
