i added flyin in my theme
Confirmed working on Virtuous v0.7.2 Rom using Fold anim.
I don't know if it's just me or if this is a problem throughout but this either doesn't ever work as a metamorph, or putting this within the ROMs framework gives fc floods BUT, I do see that it makes the change that way.
What am I doing wrong? I followed the instructions and even tried my own variations. Signing, not signing framework/update.zip but no positive outcome...
Would someone be kind enough to post a working stock cm6.1final framework? I know it's a lot to ask but I'm giving up here. For some reason, I've had problems theming since nightly 12 and can't explain why. Wiping has always been an attempt within the trail and error but it always ends up as an error.
I was able to modify a theme posted here by removing everything but phone/contacts.apk, re-signed and then flashed it and it worked. But there was no framework-res.apk change...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT:
I figured it out. What worked was NOT signing framework-res.apk but changing it's name to framework-res.zip, editing ANY files you choose and then renaming back to the original framework-res.apk
then you place that into your ROM and sign the rom.zip
worked pretty well. I really like flip so far.

There is a way you can take the .apk and put the file at CM7. open RootExplorer , and go to /system/app and take out the camera.apk
but ...
you will never can install the file, because it's obviously on the different framework. the htc camera come from htc framework(sense), while CM7 is from google framework. htc never release the source code so developers can't recompile it to CM7.
unless someone out there want to reverse engineering it (this can be done but I don't think the devs will do this just for the camera only)
btw, try camera 360, it's far better than the standard sense or cm7 camera .

Ok so I have done this before but for the life of me I can't figure out where I got it. I'm running Myn warm 2.2 and I want the stock sense dialer. Since changing fonts in ROM toolbox it reverted back to the warm dialer and now I can't find the zip I found before. Can someone post a link or something? Thanks in advance.

Couldn't find the link to any flashable stock dialers, but you could always
download a stock(ish) rom, extract the HtcDialer.apk and use adb to push
it to /system/app
If you aren't familiar with adb I'll help with the steps, or tomorrow I'll take
a stab at finding the proper HtcDialer.apk and making a flashable zip for you.

^This provides a guide on removing the phantom voicemail notification some EVO users are experiencing. Deck just released alpha7 for the ICS Deck line for the EVO and I can't ignore that pesky icon. I've tried numerous times for the fix to this and I have had no such luck.
I attached the original Phone.apk from alpha7 and below is a link to the actual ics-deck-evo alpha7 with numerous improvements including video camera for all of you. Just plase someone help me iron this issue out?

EDIT: Okay I successfully fixed the CallNotifier1$ file myself and made a new Phone.apk for this ROM (alpha7) that I'll just leave her for future reference. I tested making calls and receiving calls and the Phone.apk seems to be pretty stable. Just use Root Explorer to put it in /system/app/ and set the appropriate permissions (rw-r--r--) then, reboot into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik-cache and you should be good to go. The PhoneFixed.apk is what you're looking for, just rename it to Phone.apk.

The only way I know of to get it gone is clear VM data with TB then wipe cache/dalvik and it should stay gone.

Hey man, what do you use to compile the apk? I used apktool, made my edits with notepad++, and I am having a hard time compiling it. I did put apktool b phone into terminal, but it keeps failing on me. I even tried putting the classes.dex and resources.arsc into the file, and still a no go.
Can you please let me know? Million thanks in advance. I have also looked online with no luck.
