I was under the influence that this was the official ota leaked but I'm having problems.
-gps doesn't work if you type destination you have to speak it for it to work
-trackball is UBER sensitive
-wierd little glitchy movements here and there.
It's unbelievably frustrating if anyone could shed some light on what is wrong it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated

It is indeed the RUU. Wont reinstalling it brick since it will be installing the same radio over itself?

Don't know what you did to downgrade/unroot nor do I know the error, so I can't really help you there. Maybe a little more info?
I used the DI_unroot.zip and it downgraded me to 2.1 and it also got rid of my super user and wifi tethering app. I waited for the ota but nothing so I went ahead and downloaded the official ota update file from Verizon to try to update manually but the installation aborted. I know how to update the incredible because I manually updated my girlfriend's incredible. Idk what could be the problem.

If you are sending it in for warranty why do you care if the OTA is applied or not?
Just send it in.
I figured that if I got the update that would mean that I got rid of the root completely i don't want there to be any traces of root.

Use unrevoked's s on tool to turn security on...then go to shipped roms and get the stock RUU and run that and bang your good

I tried pushing the update.zip manually again but again it gives me this "there's a problem with SD card/update.zip (status7) installation aborted" Then I have to reboot my phone.

My gps doesn't with anymore... I tried some roms out... Then flashed back to one where gps worked but doesn't work now I'm trying skyraider sense final and not working on this either? Can someone help please?

Your radio version could be the cause of this. Some ROMs require an updated radio for GPS to function.

Try downgrading to the next newest radio first
- also, I noticed I get a better GPS/location fix depending on the ROM & Kernel. Experiment and see what works best with your setup.

What ROM are you using?
I am using lous senseless right now.. the gps stopped working a while back.. can flashing different roms break gps? Everything works great on phone but gps not.. i even tried going back to diff roms when it worked and no dice...
