Hi all...
I often use my Desire(Google Navigation) as a gps and I would like to get my directions via my bluetooth headset, but how can I get my desire to transmit the voice commands to my bluetooth headset???

Hello,
Is it possible to get an A2DP headset to work with Skype? I've upgraded my bluetooth stack on my Alpine and my i-tech blueband works fine with the HQ audio and will allow hands-free use, but I can't work out how to get Skype to use the headset instead of the built-in microphone and speaker...
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tim
I have the exec and I found that it works for me when i go to setting - voice spped dial -application - skype (assign voice dial to turn skype on) . Then I found that i can use skype with my earpiece bluetooth. (and also ise it as headphones for other programs).

I have an unrooted 4.2.1 Galaxy Nexus, and the only way I can keep the Bluetooth connection to my car active is to have 'Media Audio' enabled in the settings for it. I know that there is Bluetooth issues, and know issues where the phone connects and disconnects constantly. However, what that means is when I use Google Navigation, any voice guidance is sent through the Bluetooth connection, so unless my stereo is on the BT Audio connection, I get no sound. This was why I had Media Audio enabled.
Anyone know of a workaround for this so I can get voice guidance working again through the phone speakers, or even a method by which the Bluetooth will remain connected without hat setting enabled?
Also add, same as many others, only became a problem with 4.2 and following.
The voice call with BT headset does not work. In particular the BT uses the voice dialing app, which does not recognize the commands.
I have run some tests to investigate the matter without BT headset:
1. The voice dialing app does not recognize spoken commands.
2. The voice call using the google search works perfectly.
Then I tried to call google search from BT headset installing Bluetooth Launch but without success.
Do you have some idea?
No suggestion? Am I the only one having this issue?

Does your Bluetooth voice dialer use bluetooth 4.0?
Huawei P6 has a limitation of only supporting bluetooth devices up to version 3.0 which may explain why the two devices cannot communicate with each other.
My bluetooth voice dialer (Sena SMH5 - FM) uses bluetooth 3.0.
I tried to:
1. disable the stock voice dialing app
2. install the app Bluetooth Launch, which redirects the voice command to the google search
It works, but the Bluetooth Launch app not always redirects in the right way the vocal command. I would like to find a better solution which works without exceptions.
Will it be possible to use a Bluetooth headset with mic and eg. use Skype on the Wifi version?
