[ROM][3/17/11] Droid_Incredible_2_G2_Port_Sense2.1_Froyo (v1.70)

Hey guys so i noticed the droid incredible 2 system was dumped, and so i decided to port it, this sense 2.1 on froyo2.2. I also know there still people that use froyo so here is a newly fresh sense build. It does not have the pull down quick setting on the pull down menu but it does have the desire hd sensegb app drawer. any ways heres whats new.
The only sense rom to support landscape mode to this date is the desire z rom no other. this one does not support landscape because the device that this rom comes from does not have a physical keyboard.

i DONT know since this build does not have wifi calling by default, il try and include it later on.

dependes if you want camcorder and bluetooth, or simply have games/apps that only work on froyo.

apn database should be there, if not il make sure its in the next update, no sense roms will ever support landscape unless htc adds it, the only one to do that till this date is the desire z rom no other, nothing i can do about that man.

Any change of a mirror?

Better-than-stock Dialer?

Hi all,
I'm looking for a dialer apo to replace the stock dialer, since the Samsung stock one doesn't even have a proper T9 dialing option.
I have tried ExDialer, and it's really good but it doesn't show Facebook profile pics in the dialer.
Does anyone know of any better dialer apps that are fast and functional?

- Touchpal Contacts

im currently using dev team stuff such as:
go sms
go contacts
go keyboard
go dialer
im pretty much using the same thing as you but if you install AOKP rom, it should fix your problem with the face book contacts thing as its part of the features for the rom

Thanks guys for the replies, but I tried each one of them and NONE can pull FB pics into the dialer!
They're there in the contacts and even in the stock dialer but they simply don't show up in any of these custom apps! Other pics like google pics etc show up though....
Does it work for you? Am I doing something wrong here?

Am using hax sync. It works fine and fb pics show up on exdialer.

Ok.
How does hax sync integrate with the stock contacts? Is there another tab for it like Facebook and whatsapp or does it just sync the photos within the fb account?

Its just like another fb or whatsapp account. It also syncs high res images which is nice and in the options you can choose to have htc style notes on your google account contacts so that when you do a full wipe and re sync it remembers the linked contacts.

ex dialer
I have used almost all the available dialers and to date found the Ex dialer to be the most user friedly one with good themes as well. Its a matter of personal preference too. For someone like me the main thing is not to have to stretch my thumb to the top of the screen to press buttons specially in S3 which is bigger. All the relevent common buttons are in the lower field. Even the search button of the contacts in ex. Go dialer is also very good but for me cannot beat the Ex dialer.

So this app syncs phone numbers and other details too? After installing this can I completely disable the normal Facebook sync app?

Go for Contact-sync - Its free and i find it better than Hax sync..

I don't think it syncs contact numbers. Only pictures. For me, thats what was important as I have telephone numbers on my Google contact list for most of my fb contacts. And it syncs status updates as well. So if you click on a contacts update in hax sync it takes you directly to the contacts page on the facebook app in your phone. I have disabled contact sync on my fb phone app.

I'll suggest you take the permission from the author of the ROM - alireza before you make and spread a mirror. He might want to track the number of downloads.

Sorry, I have a problem with rom sabsa Primo and Infinity Virtuous v1.35.0 Beta1, when I make a call, the audio is not good there is a metallic noise annoying as I fix this?

Are you on Desire HD or Inspire 4G? Inspire users need to apply a tinny audio patch to get rid of that problem...

Hmm.. well in that case try flashing another ROM. If the problem persists, its probably a hardware issue.

Remember this rom is pretty broken. Settings crash when you go to about device.
SD card won't mount for some odd reason maybe someone can find the problem.
Wifi does work, it should have all the problems Chilly's 4.1.2 roms have.
Themes for MIUI won't work yet as i haven't edited the Update-Script yet. I don't know if ROOT works either, probably does.
Camera does work and over all you can find that its pretty much the MIUIv5 launcher over it if you use Trebuchet, at least thats what i think.
Flash this for ****s and giggles and i'll see if i get to work on it later, or if someone wants to help me on this, though i really wish this was Sense based, but no point since we have MIUIv4 from kham and all we need is the OC kernel that should be coming any time soon today or tomorrow or this week lol.

I flashed it and it doesn't have GSM. Also, it boots but after the setup black screen and miui logo only. Really broken...

TESTING: well it boots, no errors, wifi works, but it doesent seem to have hardware acceleration, and i can't install the bteam kernel..
EDIT: ok well it does at the homescreen, but the setup is damn slow.
it seems to be running in a hacked gingerbread kernel so we have that,
.and it does not connect to my wifi.
sd card works fine, videos work fine.
main problem is wifi for me

Can we find a language pack? After selecting English, there are so many things stays in chinese.
And camera flash is not working.
(For GSM users: adb trick is not working, so no GSM)

wow this is great sir thanks for sharing! however i can only use him/her ounce then when i reopen the app it sez that robin voice is missing ok to go get it from the cloud now? and when i press ok! it's just load and stock on that part. any idea sir? i really like this sir honestly
