Hey guys,whazzup?
I had heard some time ago that there is a way of connecting a WiiMote(Wii's controler) to Android phones. Now,I am a gamer and like being able to play some quality games on my phone, like NOVA or Asphalt. However,as (most of) all of you will have heard, our Desire's multitouch sucks bad, thus making games like NOVA a nuisance to play, which takes away all the joy of playing.
So it came to me.Is there any way to connect PS3's controler with the Desire to use it as a games controler? There is a way to do it with a PC,plus it connects with bluetooth.
If anyone can answer my question I would really appreciate it!Thanks!

I have looked all over the place trying to find an app that would control windows media player or winamp or something of that nature via bluetooth. All the apps i have tried dont work. Anybody seen or heard of anything of this nature ? If not is anybody feeling froggy and would like to develop such an app.Id definitely throw some money your way if you managed to get it working. Basic controls such as rewind, fast forward play pause stop volume up/down. A bonus would be to see the playlist on the phone and be able to choose any song to play (basically emulating the "jump to file" feature of winamp). If we could get this to work on a htc hero that would definitely be worth a large sum of money.
EDIT: I apologize in advance if this is the wrong section for this but i did not see an "APP Development" thread.
ummm.... Gmote2, its been around since G1 days and works great as a media player controller, as well as a trackpad and keyboard.
Is there a reason you specifically want it to be bluetooth and not wifi?

Ive tried it and you have to see the mouse to control the pc and also if you use screen capture its not very smooth or efficient.

And i want it bluetooth bcuz i dont always have my laptop with my home wifi. And i have not been able to pair ad hoc between the laptop and phone. Bluetooth is fast enough to create such an efficient app and keep it highly mobile at the same time.
guys, I have a small question.
Does your phone get really sluggish when you play music? My phoen always gets really sluggish when I play music. Windows media player sucks big time. I think there maybe other players out there that's better but I think they do not work well with a bluetooth headset.
Is there a better player that works well and can be used with a bluetooth headset's controller?
i am currently usngi energy's 6.5 and this is always an issue regardless of the rom I think.
Hello,
Okay, trying to perfect this device is difficult. However, there are a few things I would love to get an answer for. I was looking at iDisplay, and android app that will use the TV screen as a second display. However, I'm not sure if it will play sound this way. I have a sound bar, so I didn't know if it would include playing the sound on the second display or not. When I use this function I don't want the sound to be played on my laptop.
Hi all,
I hope that these are valid questions and someone may be able to answer them for me.
I am in the market for a smart watch but have some trouble finding out what these watches can ACTUALLY do.
Let me give you a scenario. I currently use my phone when i go out on the MTB (for health and fitness) with headphones.
I use MapMyRide cycling app to track and record my cycling sessions etc. I also listen to music and take txt's or calls from time to time whilst out.
Now I was REALLY impressed by the looks of the Moto 360 and I would love to be able to leave the phone at home and just take out the watch with me, but can I???
I had previously an i'm watch from Italy (nice smart watch) and although the watch, apps and everything was sweet i had some serious issues with it.
Anyway thats another story but I would like to be able to store music on the watch and listen to it vie corded or BluTooth headphones. Is there an app for this or does it have to use the phone??? i.e. the watch is merely a phone controller.
I would also like to use something like MapMyRide with GPS tracking etc and sync that to my phone when i get back home, so that the phone and watch are both up to date.
Are the above possible or do i need to look at other devices??
I await in anticipation as i like the Moto360 but just not sure if it right for me??
Thanks
Kev
Not quite yet. You can view your progress on your Moto360 (I use Runkeeper, but Mapmyrun/walk/ride work with it too), but you'll need your phone with you for the GPS.
I think the only Android Wear watch with built in GPS is the Asus (or Sony - I'm not sure). With those you'll be able to track your location and rides.
You can (as of this recent software update) have music saved to your Moto 360 and listen to it via a bluetooth headset.
Hi everybody.
I am overal satisfied with this phone, but I am facing two problems:
First issue is, when I am playing music via bluetooth to my BT reciever, I am not able to browse internet, because WIFI always crashes, after some time it connect again and disconect after while. Its impossible to play music and for example download application from GP.
It was working fine with my previous phone and with my girlfriends phone.
I am running on Android 4.4.2 and I have N7505
I allready made factory reset and SDHC format and problem still persist.
Does anybody has the same problem, or can anybody simulate this situation and give me feedback?
The second issue is when I´m playing music outside with cord headphones sometimes randomly is music skipping.
It seems like phone has not enough RAM or I dont know.
No matter what player I use and I have SDHC class10, with no issues with my previous phone.
Interesting thing is, that it never happened indoor on WIFI.
I suggest that it has something to do with celluar data use.
Many thanks for any reply or help.
