Does anybody have this app? I am searching the App Market and still can not find it.
I hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

If you have to pay for it it won't be on here as it's against forum rules to post warez
I think there is a free (lite) version.
Are you able to see it when you search the Market? Thanks.

hi guys can anyone tell me where i can download the games for scumm please?
many thanks
Check abandonware sites, Google should turn them up.
Don't think there's any copyrights on abandonware. Some games are still copyright tho

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked already but can't find an answer. Whats the point/benefit in using xda-app over just tapatalk? I saw in the demo video that it was developed with help from the tapatalk team.. what's the connection?

Tapatalk is a paid app if you want the one that can post. XDA app is free to download and use
If you have the paid app, there is little benefit of the XDA one over the tapatalk one just now, though the portal is accessible via RSS in the XDA app from the "more" tab iirc
Good answer, thanks

I asked basically the same question on their website and haven't gotten a response as yet. I have a amazon acct thus id prefer to use that since I don't purchase anything on the Android Market. Might be a first for this app tho. We will see!

Please do not ask for someone to post the apk for you. It will be counted as warez, and warez are not allowed on xda.
Look in to getting a prepaid debit card if you want to buys apps

does boot manager work for DZ?!
I didn't think so... I thought there was a thread talking about it before. I don't think the DZ has enough memory to do this.
Disregard, I spaced
HTC Vision is the DZ/G2.

HTC Vision = HTC Desire Z and HTC G2
this program installs the rom on to your sdcard, so you will need plenty of space and athe better the memory card the better.
I briefly spoke to the developer of this app who said that sense rom tend to have a lot of lag when running of the sdcard, but aosp roms should run without to many problems
This works with the Desire Z
yess, looks like the 16gb microsd im ordering tomorrow will go to excellent use ;D

Buy it. Please stop discussing methods of getting paid apps for free. I you wish to continue this conversation do not do it in public on xda

I don't want the app for free as i am a big supporter of this developer. I have his cpu boost pro. I just want to know are there other ways of paying for the app and getting it besides market?
Hey guys I ran into this thread while looking into some troublshooting for a desire z customer...I appreciate those who have asked not to discuss uploading it although the app has google market license so it wouldn't work anyway. We have had a few people who are looking into alternative ways to purchase as the op here wanted to do. We are considering some other markets such as amazon but currently we have been a little busy with trying to help people with the app as well as get the bugs worked out. Hopefully we can get something figured out soon. Thanks for all the support.

Just saw that the Tapatalk app has the ability to "thank" forum users now.
Are you (XDA) also planing to update the XDA app with this feature?
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using XDA Premium App
Yes it would be very helpful for thanking all our devs out there (though I go into browser anyway to do that)
Sent from my Incredible Sensation using XDA App
Yup, but it would be great if we had a thank button on the pop-up when we tap a post. If i tap your post now, i get Quote, Share, Reply and More. It's enough space left for Thank

How do we thank using the app? I wasn't aware that we could.
Sent from my DROID X2 using XDA Premium App
Guys, there is a sticky in this very forum for requesting features on the XDA app. Please use that next time instead of opening a new thread.
The Thanks feature in the app is being tested right now and should be updated at some point this month. As always, just be patient.

Where do i get the free apps which are paid in market? For instance i had a blackberry and i could download all the apps through a cydia tweak named installous, is there any such place on an android where i can download free apps from?

You won't find your answer here on xda as it is not allowed. Purchasing dev apps is the way we support the countless hours they invest in deving.
