Never had this issue till now cuz I always used tb to restore calendar settings but how can I change the colors that appear in the calendar for the default calendar I am using? This is samsung calendar and stock email app I'm using.

You Can't.
Oh but yes you can. So when coming from a fresh flash whic ever email acct you set up first will have blue color in the calendar the second one gets red. When I og posted this my gmail was blue and my exchange was red. Which my exchange was usually blue. But I reflashed and by accident setup my exchange email first and it was blue in the calendar.

It's weird. The icon shows Messaging, G+, Gtalk, but it doesn't in eg. Facebook, Tweet(Tweak)Deck and even in this XDA app. Why is that?
Anyway to make it appear all the time?
It's frustrating at times

The app you are in determines what the keyboard shows. That's why GO SMS can make it show all the time.
Why does the stock email sometimes show that there are unread emails when there aren't any? I have had it where after syncing I delete what I need abs Mark the rest as unread yet occasionally it all says I have an unread email (or sometimes more)
Any idea why?

I don't know what is going on. Every time I highlight them and mark as read, 20 minutes later, it says I have a ton of unread messages. Does someone know what is wrong?

Is there any way to get Google hangouts to pop up on the lockscreen when you get a text the same way the stock text message works? Like the circle with the message icon and number.

I would also like to see this. Just updated to 4.3 on Verizon S3 and it doesn't work with Hangouts. The driving mode also doesn't read the text since it's in Hangouts.
Hangouts just began to be integrated with SMS... give it some time to make it the go-to feature for texting, etc. Until then, you have a bunch of apps that integrates fully into the original Messaging app like Halo, Popup Notifier, Textra, Handcent, and even Facebook Messenger. I'm sure Hangouts will reach this point but until then, try other apps.
Facebook messenger no longer does SMS AFAIK. That was taken out. Hangouts is cool, especially for group messaging, but I personally couldn't stand it being white. Luckily dark horse makes inverted apps.
One of my main gripes with hangouts as well as most other SMS apps is when your phone doesn't have service or in airplane mode...when you restore service the text messages you receive aren't timestamped properly. It stamps them like you just received them...and not when they actually were sent.
