paste it in the system/app folder and reboot. see if it works. if it does, and u still want to make it a regular user app that goes in the data/app folder, use Titanium Backup Pro to convert it to a user app.

clock question

i changed the font on my phone. everything changed except the clock on my lockscreen. can anyone out there help me?

What did you use to change the font? I used RomToolbox and the clock font is changed.

right now im on mijjz's rom but even when i change to different roms still the same. i just changed my font again right now and still no dice

Have you tried other fonts? I'm on Snidane and it does change it for me...

The clock numbers on the lock screen uses actual images from the framework-res drawable xhdpi folder. The other text should change, but the numbers are images.

This. I remember when one Rom I used had unreadable honeycomb lock screen clock...there was no way to change it besides flashing a different framework

Boot animation on touchwiz ROM?

Where is the file located on a touchwiz ROM so I can change the boot animation? Its easy on AOSP but I can't seem to find it on toichwiz

Yeah, grab the SystemUI.apk and replace the appropriate icon

From any rom made for the AT&T variant that has it

Ok do its as simple as downloading the rom and taking the icon and replacing the sprint in the systemui

Yes and no. You will want to swap it out (stat_sys_data_connected.png) with your systemui then put that in some flashable file and flash it through recovery since your phone will get pissed off if you try to swap systemui while it is running.

Use a file explorer to extract > res > drawable-xhdpi. Then take the image Kenny mentioned and replace the image inside the drawable folder. Then drag the new folder in to overwrite the current one and push SystemUI.apk to System/app and have rw-r-r permissions.

Yea thanks I've tried that but it doesn't have ATTs icon and I flashed the icon that's like Verizons and bit caused boot loops

Quick question

What needs to be done to install Xposed Framework on CM10.1?

Just flash the apks and all is good. The rest of the setup is done through the app itself. I installed on pac rom and is working great. I pulled the apks from thegreatergoods rootbox rom. Good luck.

What i did exactly :
1. pulled the .apk from rootbox rom
2. copied it to /system/app/
3. Had to change Xposed permissions to whatever all the other apps were
4. Reboot and you're done

I installed tweak box modules and I'm having issues with the transparent status bar. Any idea what could be causing this?

OK. Well the status bar will become transparent only when you apply a theme. And revert back upon reboot. Just a heads up.

Only way I would know how to do that as if right now would be to change total DPI of phone. But that would make everything bigger :/

I think we need to modify some xml files in systemui.apk/res/layout/ to make the status bar wider, i dont know s**t about xml though, it'd be nice if someone with xml knowledge could that a look at it
