Is there anywhere to download a transparent lock bar without changing an entire theme? Or how to make transparent the original one
I have WinMo 5.2 and Manila 2.5 and I only want a clear/semi transparent lock bar and nothing else
If anyone has any tips on where to find/ what to change, please let me know.
Any ideas/cabs will be appreciated!

Transparent lockscreen have one problem i think.
With transparent main slider graphic also you cleared "shadow-picture" (under main slider) with the information of new "sms/mails/apointments". Icons and txt are white and totaly not readable.
Could you release "turning back cab" to make lockscreen default? I am dont want to make another hard reset.
I am already knowing "wince cab manager" to make own graphics for lockscreen but i need original ones (not only all transparent).

go to windows. delete PBannerBar.png and PBGSingleNotify.png
after softreset original files from rom will be restored!

For you the picture, you can understand!
Ah now I get it, its really not setting it to transparent but the wallpaper itself uses a design like it...means you have to set up your wallpaper everytime. Thanks.

And just a tip, you cant uninstall the very first cab. Clock is left transparent and the icons for the tab are retained. Hard resetting now.....

There is a little bug on Sense 2.5.I've made some changes.
For the taskbar and softkey bottom bar,I use the HDwall to make them transparent.
some nice mods there mate. I've used the one to get a transparent slider tab thing, the one that looks like it's leaning forward. But does anyone have a mod to stop the icons overlapping? so the tab is transparent all the time even when sliding?

This is a beautiful theme, thank you. It is the first one I bothered to install on my Touch HD since I learned how to flash new ROMs.
So please forgive my lack of experience to three dumb qs
1) Clock has not changed to the one in your first pic. It is still standard flip type. Is this a Manila thing or a ROM thing? I am using NRG Mar 17 21895 Sense 2.1
2) Landscape looks odd - I think it's because top and bottom bars remain portrait ones. Should the bars change for landscape?
3) How do I get back to non-customised if I can't stay with Vincent for ever?
I have installed CAB and CAB for clock to device (not storage card) and reset several times. Top and bottom bars are Van Gogh, wallpaper Van Gogh but not clock.

I've searched here in XDA the possibility to have the clock array using the excellent Co0kie's HomeTab but I haven't found nothing really running good. So I've tried to do by myself...
With this little MOD I've added the possibility to have the clock array layout in the Manila Home page while conserving all the same behaviors of the excellent Co0kie HomeTab v1.6.1
Tapping on the Manila Home left high corner, you will can choose among 3 types of clock:

_Digital (Flip Standard)______ ___.Analog_______ _____Digital + Analog
This cab will install also a standard transparent clock (hands complete).
I HAVE TESTED IT USING MANILA v2.5.20121225 BUT....
as reported from many respectable and careful users it seems to run right also with other Manila 2.5 (Sense) versions.
I guess that this my little MOD runs without problems in any Manila version supported by the original Co0kie HomeTab v1.6.1
The cab will write (overwriting) these files into \Windows folder:
▪ 7c60907d_manila (array)
▪ 4ea96fc8_manila (analog clock graphics)
▪ 7ccc5896_manila (time seconds analog hands graphics)
▪ 385cae35_manila (time minutes analog hands graphics)
▪ 44160f47_manila (time hours analog hands graphics)
▪ 6ec49541_manila (analog clock central dot point graphics)
After having installed this mod, you will can install any other analog clock you want (search here in XDA please),
but you will have to pay attention for the hours hand. In fact any new analog clock for Manila 2.5 will install surely these files:
▪ 4ea96fc8_manila
▪ 7ccc5896_manila
▪ 385cae35_manila
▪ 6ec49541_manila
but often not the other needed for the hours hand.
So to install other analog clocks proceed in this way:
♦ install the analog clock you desire to have
♦ in \windows duplicate file 7ccc5896_manila and rename it in 44160f47_manila to have the hours hand and all the clock parts running right and in the same style.

Installing the MOD v0.3 solves definitively the weather background issue size and the oval analog clock distortion
The previous releases had two little but annoying bugs:
1) the weather background was not so perfectly sized to include all the text (only v0.1)
2) the graphic shape of the analog clock was a little oval (v0.1 & v0.2)
..and these were the results..
Many users have reported these annoying issues from the beginning, but I was not able to find a valid solution (sincerely in this last period I was too much engaged to edit and analyze all those lines in the Manila LibraryManager)..
Luckily the GREAT user rat_2665 (see THIS and THIS posts) has found a definitive solution for both issues
SO ALL THE THANKS ARE FOR rat_2665!!
..and these are the results.. (!THX again to rat_2665!)
Instructions:
a) Uninstall MOD v0.1 or v0.2 (if previously installed)
b) Reboot device
c) Install MOD v0.3
d) Reboot device
e) ENJOY
P.S.: the changed files and the analog clocks hours hand behavior are the same of MOD v0.1

Now that I've checked the graphics and tested other skins, you're right its actually ok, but somehow it's getting resized when applied.
Edit: Changed the clock skin, a bit better now. Still oval shaped though...I'm still going to use this 'coz it light. Good work faZ

oh, ty! but I dont have a cab, i got clock from the net and just edited in Photoshop by myself.
If you want, I can give you the manila files for the clock and clock hands. Just overwrite the files in \windows folder using total commander after you have installed fAZernERo mod.
Don't forget to soft reset afterwards.

There is a cab created by grzegorz10 for android clock without the transparency. It kind look more fanciful to me.

It would be great.. but I think it depends from future developments released by Cookie Monster.. THIS WOULD BE ONLY A MOD and not an alternative for the excellent CHT!!

thank you, I thought you did 90% of the job (I am asking for) by giving the chance of having the small flip clock along with analog.... the step to join my target should be very-very small..... should be a sort of algorithm or something similar, because, as far as I see also in Maxmanila, clock files are the same they are only "resized" in screen....

one problem with your helpfull mod:
I use the 'leo evolution dusk theme V3.0' and your mod. With that the clock will be no longer updated if the phone is in standby. The clock is working only if i go to the clocks settings and change one hour forward and then backward and then set the new (old) value. Then the clock is actual again.
You have some ideas what's happend here? Which is the file do you have changed for the clock grafics switch? With this information i can use the original dusk file to do more tests.
Or you have an another idea about that issue...

Because it's icons are greater than HD Mini taskbar icons and they're resized to fit in the taskbar. You should use proper taskbar icons or if you want this, resize it's icons and repack it.

yes and icon bell not working.
Appears that there are files whose name varies depending on the language. Sorry, I didn´t know it before making the CAB.
you can see the bell renaming the file notify.dll.0C0A.mui. This is for Spanish ROMs
In windows folder you must have notify.dll.xxxx.mui where xxxx is your ROM language. Delete this file and rename notify.dll.0C0A.mui like the file you deleted. Then restart Mini and the bell works ok.
I do not know what's wrong with your wifi icon. Keep looking.

first: The Taskbar looks very good, but i get big Problems.
My Reminder doesen't work anymore. No Reminder at all Appointments.
And no connection to Active sync. I can't connect my hd-mini to my computer.
Do anybody have similar problems??

For transparent slider bar here you have one cab, I don´t remember who do it, but is in this forum.
With the transparent taskbar in another devices you can do it with HDwallpapers, but I couldn´t works for the mini.
There is another method where you must replace the files a)for bottombar: abb_Skbackground.png
and 2) Taskbar: abb_taskbar.png, but I don´t know if works in the mini and either the size of the image because I don´t found in the mini. In Wvga the size is 480x52 but for the mini maybe 320x something -I don´t Know-.

the first one is in the calender widget (it's CHT2.0 calender):
the seccond one is for example in contacts. The slide bar theire woul be very nice in your theme style, also:

This theme is not for CHT2.0, and only for the original Mini, I do not use CHT.
If you install this theme with CHT do not know what happens in your screen is already wrong calendario.This theme and without CHT.

Hola Kuckuckmann, regarding the files, this is not a CHT Theme, so for the files you might have to change some names or mod them yourself. I was going to "port" it for CHT Mini this WE...., but since you already installed, I might help you solve the issues and point you to the files ;-)
CHT Caledar uses some of the O files for it, as well as some for the tasks, while in O Home, the files used for calendar and missed calls are a bit different. So if you give me some time until tomorrow, I might have a solution for this. This will only work though if you have not installed/applied any other mod regarding the originalm CHT files like transparencies etc...
For the inner slider, you also have different files. One for the bar, and another one for the slider selector. Here, in case you want to use and have the same look, you simply have to rename two files:
The ones you like are:
- 1cd2f8ef_manila, which is the slider selector on tab bar
- 511c6915_manila, which is the tab bar itself
These are the ones you have to (backup first) rename:
- 695552fb_manila, which is the slider selector on inner menues tab bar (also in SMS, Footprints and other tabs that have an inner/second menu with bar and slider)
- 26972a21_manila, which is the one for the inner menues tab bar itself - see upper notes as well
@keko, could you please indicate where you have your taskbar from? nice icons and also if it works well and everything is skinned ?

Hey no Problem If you can see on the screen, it is just working with CHT 2.0 the rest will be solutet properly

CHT Caledar uses some of the O files for it, as well as some for the tasks, while in O Home, the files used for calendar and missed calls are a bit different. So if you give me some time until tomorrow, I might have a solution for this. This will only work though if you have not installed/applied any other mod regarding the originalm CHT files like transparencies etc...
I think, they should be original CHT as the calender file 51e2eb77_manila. A German guy from Cookies Team moddet for me, that the date looks like on the screen. I can send you if you need it.

Then I have to copy and rename this file 1cd2f8ef_manila to 695552fb_manila, right?

Add: I renamed the files and that looks fine now - but now i need the same skin (NeroTheme) for this slide icons in the seccond bar. Up to here many thx

as you can see in my seccond screen, there are any icons in the contact slider, that are not in your nereotheme stile. Are you able to skin this also?

You´re welcome ;-) Glad you sorted the file renaming out and that everything works now. I will look into thye modded file and see what could be wrong ;-)
