NDS4Droid?

Hey I havent recieved my SGS II yet but was wondering if anyone has tried NDS4Droid? If anyone has does it start up? Does it run smoother with a dual core processor?

Why, do you intend to make a GSII theme or an app with the answers ?

Ok no need to be rude. It's a question about an app being asked in the Themes and Apps section. If you look around you will see other threads asking questions about apps on the market where the OP didn't intend to make an app or theme to get an answer.
And the main reason why I'm asking this is because NDS4Droid is laggy on my Galaxy S due to bugs in the app and my phone not having enough processing power. Of course I myself can't fix the bugs part but, having a dual-core phone with more processing power should help out with the latter.

For some reason I like this answer. Its totally "taken out of the blue".
But about your question:
Have you got any indication it would run slow?

isnt nds4droid still so beta that it cant even run games yet?
and what happened to n64oid, it was out and playing mario and some other games, it was at like 90% and then went MIA and fell off the map.. i cant even track down the dev, anyone know? was there ever a later version released?

Haha it's ok. And as for N64oid the dev took it off the market and said that he will put it back up in a few months. When I get my SGS II I'll test out N64oid.
I know that NDS4Droid is still beta but, I still have seen some games working on it. They have a lot of lag and that's why I wanted to see if having the more powerful phone would be better.

N64oid works v well, loving Mariocart

Well i just tried the professor leighton game and its very very slow. Mario 64 is v v v v slow. Work to be done on this app.

U joking right ? N64oid runs soooooo smooth on my sgs2, I've tried Mario 64 and zelda and they both run like a charm.
Maybe u have an old version of n64oid?

If you're replying to the guy above, he was talking about NDS4Doid, not N64oid.
He was playing Mario 64 DS, not the original N64 one.

[Q] Youtube reviewer?

so heres the dealio... i havent seen many youtubers posting vids on youtube bout our phone and roms with it. so heres what i was thinking... i have a 1080p camcorder... and i did a lil videoing for the sgs4g. wasnt so great but it was there. But now i feel more comfortable with making videos for the phone. Would you guys like to me to start making videos?

Please do, i was thinking about picking up this phone when it releases in white, so your videos would seriously help my decision.

I already started doing that a few days ago, covered dabomb and beastmod so far. I would do more but im sick atm and at this point its too hard to hide in the vids. It would just be embarrassing to hack up a lung on camera or have to take the extra time with editing crap out. I will do more as time allows but i planned on covering install and review vids nightly.

Looks like we have a friendly competition (; haha jkjk dude i have the flu... I cant even get up -.- smh imma set up the account soon and start a juggernaut video as soon as possible <3

Thanks some nice wallpapers there, but 5 minutes after I installed it, I got an advert in my notification area. It wanted to know if I wanted to hook up with "Hot Booty in my area".
As much as this appealed to me, I suspect the wife would have taken issue with this so I un-installed it. Got a few nice wallpapers first though so all good.

no viruses mate..if there was a virus it would not be on market..plus it works fine on my phone..
go onto the link in the OP and read the reviews regarding the app. you will see loads of reviews stating how good the app is

New amazing FREE Media Player not on the play store yet!!

Hey I read about this media player n my friend gave me the link so I thought I'd share. It's called XBMC player... It plays music n movies n has other capabilities... But honestly I use it for videos its alil rough to use but it plays any file type!!! N its smooth as hell

Tested it. Couldn't get it to find any of my full length movies on my sdcard. I think its more for Tablets.

U have play n search around a little it would deff be better on a tab but works nice on my fone

There is a large thread in the android forum about it too. They have some suggestions on how to make it more user friendly, such as switching the theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1772433&highlight=xbmc

It does seem to be meant more for larger screens but it works great on my phone. Very cool!! I look forward to future updates! It's one of a kind for sure with a slick UI.

OP is too funny. XBMC is a media center that has been out for years, and was recently announced they were/are developing it for Android. What you have here is a very early ALPHA apk....which is why most of the functionality doesnt work.

it would be good to have another media player, gettin tired of Mobo, lots of my videos have mad pixels, looks like a damn Nintendo game.
