What's the best nfl app

I liked the sprint nfl app but it won't work on decks rom

Well it would help if you told us exactly what you are looking for. Do you just want scores? News? video? etc

Backing up sprint football live with titanium backup, on a sense rom, then restoring it on an AOSP rom worked perfectly for me. The first time you open it after the restore you can't be connected to wifi. It's the only app I will use.

You could get Score Center by ESPN. Its a pretty good app

Thanks it worked, didn't have to be on sense to do it just over 3g worked from downloading from the market

The ONLY way to legally watch nfl games live on your phone is with verizon's nfl app, as the nfl has a contract with them. And I'm almost positive you dont get all games with that app, only one game a week, plus the redzone channel.

That's last years app. I can pretty much guarantee you it wont work once the season starts, as verizon will put more security in their servers to only allow verizon phones access to the streams.

Redzone feature alone is worth the price of admission for Verizon subscribers. Esp if one plays the books. I think they also live streamed Sunday night games during 2nd half of the season. Real time box scores are faster than ESPN app and comp website.
Someone will most def hack this for all to use. Last yr Verizon kept trying to patch the hacks to no avail.
They sent out a one of their OTA patches just prior to a MNF game last yr and by half time the new hack link was posted.

yep does not work. i'm on mik3d and it starts to load then stops. oh well

I had it working last season but I think they updated it and it checks the phone number against database to male sure its a Verizon number

No. Verizon blocks all other phones from using it periodically. And Again, that's LAST YEARS app. They will release a new one this year, and then it will need to be cracked again.

After an exhausting search, it appears the V. Redzone NFL app for 2011 has not been cracked yet. Looks like Verizon updated it recently, is avail in market for Verizon customers only. App will require users to log in and enter a PW.
Also stumbled upon a thread where Rooted Verizon phones running CM 7.+ were denied access.They needed to reflash a sense rom in order to log in, back up app+data, then restore app+data upon returning to CM.
Similar threads starting to pop up on the usual sites, all in hunt for a working crack. Threads are bound to gain momentum as we get closer to week 1. Hopefully someone ports a crack before then.

So there is no app available to view football live at all, or with something that is supported by any cable provider, cause I no people with direct tv, dish network..etc with the evo

For live sports on my EVO I go to myp2p.eu they have a ton of links for all sporting events worldwide and they show all the ppv for mma, wrestling, boxing and etc. Check it out. Also you can check out the veetle app its pretty good works on 3g and has a ton of sports.

What are you gonna do with your next phone? Transfer over all your contacts? LOL.

Seriously, what more do you need/want? T989 is super fast, super good GPU, strong battery, dual core GPS, one of the few devices with SAMOLED+, better than the nexus in nearly every way except screen res (and the GNex takes a performance hit because of that).

Need for Speed game not working??

Why does the Need for Speed game link to a website with the date of Oct 30th? Are we not allowed to play it until that day? Makes no sense to me.

I was thinking the same. I figure we will get access on that day. Maybe a free download.

tmobile had no idea
Just got off the phone with tmobile level 2 support and they had no idea about the device coming preloaded with most wanted. He asked if I had receiced a free demo, but after explaining to hik that it was supposed to be preloaded and just not playable to launch date he said he had no idea and offered to give me samsungs number. Lame. I was really looking forward to playing this game without having to pay 7 bucks.

This is so lame. Thought at least a demo would be available for T-Mobile note 2 users.

I just clicked the link & it's working, now. It downloaded the demo (WiFi only). Sends you to Google Play to purchase the full version.

Lame, I thought it would be free promotion for the note 2 owners but I still have to pay to get full version!

Have you ever seen commercials for the Note 2? Everyone of them clearly stated you only get the first 3 levels for free. No one, not even the website it sent you too before the 30th made it sound like you got the game for free.

Debating if i should pick it up for $10 (original is 15.99) still pretty steep for an app, let alone a launcher. Not sure if its all smoke and mirrors, or is it truly "next gen". I use nova prime, and its great. Anyone have any experience with it? Is it demanding of the system?

I'm currently running the 36 hr trial... It seems OK but a little tricky to get used to and I'm coming from go launcher. They have some similarities but very different at the same time. I to think it's pricey.

i'll stick to nova launcher prime.

Never cared for go launcher, it's always been a system resource hog, not to mention glitchy. That being said a 10 dollar launcher is just plain crazy. I run nova pro, and picked it up for 99 cents, and couldn't be happier, it's fast efficient and packed with useful features.

Just saved myself 10 bucks.... Thanks for the responses. I loved launcher pro on my mytouch 4g,and now ive been using nova prime since it was on sale for 99cents waaay back when. Just needed a change from the usual. Ive literally been using the same set up since the mytouch 4g. I always saw apps on sale on the play store, and rwgretted not buying some earlier, guess this wont be added to that list

Yeah i was looking at all those insanely priced launchers, and couldn't justify the price to myself. Yeah they have some nice little features here and there, but they seem like gimmicks to me.

I used multiple launchers and different can still get that nt effects combined to get the 3d effect. I also combined multiple widgets working in conjuction with the different launchers. I'm going to make a new video showing how it can be done based around a regular Samsung frame. My device is not rooted but I can still get that rooted eye candy effect. I also added lots of new effects recently which I'm going to make a new video. But thanks

True. Phone looks great but no good to no one if he doesn't tell how to do it. Like I said, a ROM with these mods would be awesome.

Its just as good as spb, if u like that sorta thing. Biggest difference between em is spb is 15 dollars and yandex is free. They look identical so I wouldn't doubt if there's stolen source code.

Next Launcher is garbage.. it's a cheap clone of the SH-06D NERV Magi Launcher. It also isn't worth the $16 price tag.
Here is Magi in action on a Nexus. Sadly the poster never shared how he ported since the SH-06D has the same type of 3D display as Nintendo's 3DS.
