Removing Apps from rooted Rom

Hi,
I want to remove apps from a rooted (official) HTC Rom and to make sure that I don't delete important stuff or apps which the OS needs i hoped you can tell me which I can delete and which should better remain on the rom.

The calculator does only the basic stuff and on the market I've found one which is way better.

Is this the default Android Calendar? The HTC Calendar is nother app, right? So I won't need this one.

Yes. Already found this one. But it only tells me how to remove not what can be removed without problems.

I just tryed my luck with the rom from which i removed quite a lot apk's. Put it on the SD, went to recovery mode, wipded the data and installed zip from SD Card.
No problems so far. But it didn't remove any app. Stock, Facebook, etc. still there. Some Ringtones which i removed from the rom are still there too.
What did I do wrong?

NEED HTC Twitter Widget 2.3.5 apk and odex, please!

I've deleted com.htc.TwitterWidget.apk by accident and for be able to get OTA updates I need:

If anyone has it please post it.
P.S. Maybe if someone can explain me a way how to install OTA update without this files.

thank you it worked... but now it stopped on /system/bin/debuggerd
i used link2sd and it modified that file... can you send me that file aswell..

EDIT:
Don't send me anything.. I managed to correct it.
In /systems/bin/ you have debuggered and debuggered.bin
Everything you need to do is to move debuggered to i.e. somewhere on your sd card, and to rename debuggered.bin to debuggered
then just run upadate and it will finish it.
Then reverse the process of renaming and everything is ok...

[The Obligatory][ROOT First] Applications Safe to Remove

List of stuff in system/app that you should/shouldn't delete.
All at your own risk, thx.
Notes:
- If my Galaxy S2 and Acer Liquid are of any indication, deleted apps stay deleted through a factory reset. BACKUP FIRST!
- ROM updates will most likely restore those deleted apps along with trashing your root. <_<'
- The Ouya stock ROM is odexed. You MUST delete the odex as well to excise the app completely. (You probably want to clear app data before deleting too, if you can.)
- I have the Xposed Framework installed, complete with Play Store and all that. I think I excluded all the files I pushed into System/App, but tell me if I made a mistake here.
Get rid of them if you feel like it

Ouya's firmware is actually quite clean and barebones, I'll give them that! No goddamn telco bloat!
Don't worry about getting rid of Live Wallpapers unless you really like the android defaults. You can always pull the APKs from another device and use them. Just don't get rid of the Picker if you want to keep using LWPs. (I suggest keeping the OuyaWallpaper, which happens to be an LWP, to keep the Picker happy.)
If I make any mistakes here, feel free to correct me.

I did a small search around the forums and couldn't see a thread compiling all stock apps that can be deleted. Is there one? If there isn't, it'd be appreciated to have a list so I can safely remove the bloat.
