Does anyone know of a way to make it so when you receive a Google Voice call it will show the caller id of the caller and also a notification that the call is coming through from your Google Voice number?

Is there a way to enable calling out caller ID / names (on speaker phone) on incoming calls. This feature is available on other phones and would be nice to have on TP2.
MS Voice Command will do this. I don't know what carrier you have, but my TP2 from Verizon has MS Voice Command installed on the stock ROM.
So, I'm using Google Voice to talk to a bunch of people via text.. but they don't have my Verizon number. I'm wondering if there is a way to route individual people so that when I call them, they see my Voice number.
I know that I can make it so that my phone asks which I'd like to use for every call I make, but is there a way so that if I call X person it goes through voice, but if I call everyone else in my contact list it goes through my Verizon number.
Thanks!
Yes there is, when you call/recieve a text using your google voice number.. a routing number shows up. This number is unique to everyone. (When you call it briefly shows it at the top of the screen)
Save this number and if you text or call it directly from your cell phone (no google voice) your google voice number will show up. So save this routing number for whoever you want to call with google voice only.
I have a question about google voicemail. I have finally decided to use it instead of the sprint voicemail. I activated from my browser(voicemail only I didn't integrate google voice) and dialed the long number it told me to dial. I tested it and it works but there are 2 things I noticed about it and I was wondering if there is any way to change them. I set google voice up to notify me via the status bar. When I pull down the notification and tap it, it takes me to the sms app. Is there anyway to change this so that it takes me to the google voice app without making google voice my default sms app? The second thing is that when I dial my voice mail from my phone by either pressing and holding the number 1 on the key pad or saying voicemail on the voice dialer, it calls the sprint voicemail and it tells me welcome to sprint voicemail and that I have not setup my voicemail. Is there anyway to get it to default to dialing my google voicemail instead? I know the google voicemail is working because when I dial my cell phone and it drops into voicemail I hear the greating I recorded. Also if I manually go to the voice app, the voice message is there and I can play it.
You can change what number you dial with 1 in call settings. Google Voice works best with the app.
Turn off text notifications in your Google Voice settings to get rid of the notification problem.
I know this is not a rom issue, because exact same thing has been happening on my previous rom as well. My Google Voice is set up to make outgoing calls via Google Voice for international calls only. What's happening is - Voice only intercepts calls, when the phone # is punched directly on the dial pad of the Phone app. If i try to make international phone call, by clicking the number in my Contacts, or another app tries to dial international number directly, bypassing the dial pad - Google Voice doesnt intercept these calls and my phone dials those numbers directly, resulting in large bills from T-Mobile for international calls without a plan.
Does anyone know if this is Google Voice issue or Android issue and how to fix this?
bump....anyone?
I've been told by several people that when I call them an Oklahoma phone number shows up rather than my actual cell number. I do use Google Voice for voice mail transcripts.
How can I get my carrier phone number to show up for recepients when I call?
