You can get that from the market by typing "Pda.net" and hitting search.

The only way to do that is rooting. By the looks of your signature, you're rooted. The stock rom won't allow it which sucks.

Right, so I'm wondering what I need to edit in this rooted rom in order to do that. I was hoping it was something similar as modifying the genius button.

Maybe the developer of the rom have to enable it. Whatever rom your using, you should ask the developer.

That makes no sense mate...what do you mean with "android identification"?
If you're trying to change the account android syncs with, you need to create a new Gmail account. You may be able to do this from the browser on your phone even if not signed in.
No, I'm trying to erase any exsistance that my phone has of me having any app. Once you download a app its programmed in your linux through the app. I want to make it where no memory is of me ever being on a app

Ok.......two options.
1-flash or "root" your phone
2-Hard reset the device.
As far as any apps you've downloaded.....that's going to be a tough one since Mr Google keeps count of that through your Gmail account.
What is it that you are trying to do? Sell the phone?
You could actually create a second GMail account and login that way also.

did you install voice search from the market?
Yes, I have actually got it to work a few times with a certain gapps file but when I reboot it goes into a boot loop and I have to restore a stable nandroid. Guess ill just wait until the first stable comes out and then give it another shot.

You have to use the gingerbread 0115 gapps from the cyanogenmod latest version wiki page. Otherwise you get boot [email protected]

Ill give that a try because I think I have been using 0120

Thanks musicman, the 0115 did the trick. Got everything working now.

Yeah I think the 0120 was simply a newer version of gapps for froyo, which included the newer market and newer gmail/gmaps, but they were for froyo not gingerbread. Easily confused
I upgraded to 2.2.1 from the HTC WEB site, but yet Watchespn still fails to install. Android market site reports it's not compatiable with the phone, mytouch 3g slide.
Anybody have any luck or know why it doesn't work.
From what I read, it should work with Android 2.2 and above.
Thanks in Advance
Im willing to bet its because you need flash to watch anything on that app. The slide doesnt support flash so you're out of luck

Also will add, it doesn't show up from the phone when you log into Android Market.
Thanks for the flash info....
Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me out with this or give me a workaround. Even tho it seems like a bad move now but I'm currently using Sprint because of the unlimited data. When I'm at home my data signal is 1 bar 3g and most of the time 1x. Before I switched to Cyanogenmod. I would run a different prl for a short time. But now I can't seem to be able to get into that menu. So what I'm asking is the menu disabled on cyanogenmod roms? And maybe is there a workaround for this?
Thanks guys!

So if I understand correctly, I download a scriptmanager, then download the GS3 scripts at the bottom of that post and run them as SU?
Thank you! I'll check it out
