upgrading xda neo

Hi,
i've got an xda neo dutch version,i'm trying to upload it with an italian jammin rom (i downloaded it from ftp server prophet folder) can you tell me the correct procedure to upload???
Because when i start the installation on device of my pc it appears the message : "we cannot launch installation program".
What do i need???(crack,no ID....???)

well...I'm new here and I have serious problem...I own qtek 1010 and I really need to re-install operating system(but I don't know how)...so plz can anyone help me how to do this...and which OS should I install...

O2 XDA Exec official ROM

hi fellas, can anyone upload the Original O2 XDA Exec official ROM ? I need to flash my device back to original. Even O2 has removed it from their website. Can someone plz upload it to rapidshare or adrive. Would b a great help.

02 xda exec no gsm
pls i need the same rom, kindle give me the link also...
i have one xda exec here if i power it, while booting it show NO GSM
and when its finally boot there wont be network on it,
i dont know if flashing it with orignal rom will solve this problem.
pls i need your sugestion

Don't bother so much. It would b very difficult to send a 58 or 59 Mbs file thru e-mail (if you are gonna be sendin' it in parts or somethin')
Just go to www.buzzdev.net, click on downloads, then ROMs and you will find a big collection of official ROMs of almost all the vendors, they have all 3-4 ROMs for O2 XDA Exec. THANKS TO Sarah for givin' me this info And yes, you gotta register yourself to download. Will take not more than a minute. That's really a nice website, started by buzz_lightyear, member of XDA Developers community.
Sarah sent a PM, b'cuz she thought that postin' the links of ROMs here is not allowed b'cuz XDA Developers have stopped hostin' the ROMs, removin' all the old ones.
And to sixtus about No GSM, try flashin' that may resolve it. Also try searchin' in xda-developers, there are some threads for No GSM. Good Luck.

I have a problem with my xda, the battery very improvident & very slow, even I change it out with new battery.
my xda exec rom version is : 1.30.107wwe, rom date 04/11/06.
if I try to upgrade the rom, can solve the problem?

If you have already changed the battery, and didn't help, and there is no particular application causin' this, then you should flash the ROM.
Go to the link given above, download upgrade 1.30.162, for O2 XDA Exec. (I presume that you are usin' Universal, right ?) Flash the current ROM with this one. I'll suggest that your device should be 100% charged(till the green LED lits up), then flash the ROM. After successful flashin' we need to recalibrate the battery. Finish the battery, by turnin' on WiFi, Bluetooth, play music etc. When the phone goes off, press power, backlight and reset button at the same time to enter the bootloader mode, then wait for the phone to switch off by itself(b'cuz of empty battery).
Then plug in the wall charger(not USB charger) to charge, charge it to 100%, till green LED lits up. In the course of chargin' switch off the battery consumin' functions, like WiFi, Bluetooth etc. Go to Start > Settings > Beam > uncheck Receive all incoming beams. Set power and back light to automatically go off after 1 minute and 30 seconds respectively. Charge the phone till green LED, then soft-reset and done(at last)
Then test the phone by usin' it normally, as you usually do, the battery performance should be better. I know, this is too much and hectic to do, but try it. My personal experience and Wiki, this would resolve.
And plz lemme know the results.

rom problem for xda flame

just wana ask how to downgrade back to the original wm5 for the xda flame bec after upgrading to wm6 i encountered several problems.i think i installed the wrong rom for the xda flame.tnx

my friend actually installed the wm6,after that i cant use the phone anymore

hi guys! im new in using Smart phones. i got a problem w/ my XDA ATOM, i tried upgrading my rom to WM 6.5 using SD card. but suddenly that ROM is I think 'corrupted'. now, my phone is dead and not functioning.
my only hope is the bootloader.. can someone help me to fix my problem??
