my all-day event like birthday and holiday alert automatically sound at 3:00am.
Is there a way to change the time of the notification.
I'm syncing with outlook 2007.

How do I prevent new Exchange email and calendar reminders from bringing my 8525 out of sleep mode? I've gone into Sounds and Notifications and turned off notifications for emails and reminders.

I use my Desire with my work's laptop via HTCSync to sync the calendar. I've noticed that if I have an appointment in Outlook which is "all day", but spans more than one day it doesn't sync properly to the Desire.
I am on call a week at a time, so have an appointment which runs from Monday to Sunday "all day" and has my time marked as "free". This syncs to the Desire as an appointment from Midnight Monday to Midnight Sunday, but isn't flagged as "all day". The Desire also seems to have no option of "free, busy, out of office" on appointments.
This is causing issue as I use Vibrate During Meetings (VDM) to auto set the vibrate mode during meetings. This product is always ignores "allday" and "free time" appointments, but unfortunately it doesn't work with the Desire due to the above sync issue. This is resulting in my phone putting itself into vibrate for a week at a time.
Does anyone know of a way around the issue? I can't sync my calendar directly with the work Exchange server as it syncs with my own Exchange server for mail and contacts, and the Desire doesn't support multiple accounts. I thought about using Touchdown for the work calendar, but VDM doesn't support the Touchdown calendar so that's not an option.

I am having an issue that I cannot fix. It has to do with recurring appointments, anniversaries and birthdays, and the way that they sync with my Outlook 2007 calendar. I’m a Vista user. When these appointments sync with Outlook, they change to a start time of 4:00AM, and change to a period spread over two days. Some of the birthdays and anniversaries are dropped, and some change to a reoccur interval of every 12 years. Some disappear completely from the PDA.
I would appreciate any help or advice on this.

does anyone receive birthday reminders via smart notice? I've got birthdays in my google calendar but there are no reminders. "Birthdays" is ticked in smart notice settings.
What do I have to do to get notified?

I think birthday's have to be set in your contacts.
Ok, I should have mentioned it, that birthdays are in my calendar AND in my contacts...
After the latest LG update (10h-EUR) I receive birthday reminders.
I use Facebook Calendar Sync and every night at 12 it lists upcoming birthdays and I think rknuette it's right, they need to be in the calendar.

I've succeeded in synchronizing my phone's calendar with my watch's calendar.
But I would like my watch to vibrate and notify me when an event set in the calendar is going to rise.
How can I do that without relying on the calendar app's notification on phone, please?
