SGP Review by Supish
Well its a dry apply screen protector so it is a little by harder to apply than wet applications. However, it is very smooth, almost no resistance and comparable to the naked screen (almost). Absolutely no yellowing as well and still no scratches so far. Good angle visability and not more of a lint/oil magnet than the naked screen. The one I got was advertised as ultra oleophobic meaning it resists oils, I guess it works.
SGP Oleophobic Screen Protector Review by cheetah2k
I've just received the SGP Oleophobic screen protector. It took me a whole 2 minutes to install and is totally bubble free. You get 2 protectors in each packet, plus bubble removal card, cleaning cloth and 4 dust removal stickers.
Definitely the most complete screen protector on the market.
And it works!!! Awesome i give it 10/10
Skinomi Review by djkinetic:
i use the skinomi screen protectors and they are great in my experience, at the time i ordered it it was the only one available, it is a wet apply, put it on align it, and let it dry and its nearly invisible no bubbles, the material is polyurethane, and supposedly has a uv coating to prevent yellowing, it feels smooth when using the touch screen even tho the texture seems rubbery, its weird cuz u can definately tell its a different texture but ur finger still glides over the touch screen like nothin is there. Only downside is that if u knick the protector it doesnt self repair, for example if u press hard on the film with a fingernail it will leave an imprint that doesnt go away. However they do offer lifetime replacements, overall id recommend it.
Ghost Armor Review by cegna09
Used them on my Aria, and now my Atrix. They are awesome if only for the warranty alone. Great coverage of the phone, great protection, awesome at hiding finger grease on the screen. And if you ever need it replaced they send a new one no questions asked, just mail the old one back to them. Had it on my Aria for 6 months without problems, then switched phones.
EMPIRE Screen Protector Review by vin791
bought the empire screen protector from amazon for $4 (free 2 day shipping w/ amazon student) and it rocks. there's a ~.5mm border on the sides and ~1mm border on the top, doesn't both me though and its super clear. i got it perfectly aligned on the 2nd lay down with no bubbles or dust (make sure you wipe it down really good with the cloth they send). its easier when you start from the top of the phone instead of the bottom. i oull the whole sticky side protector off, align the top and kind of guide it straight towards the bottom. the card they send removes any bubbles that are there at first. no worries. as long as you cleaned the surface well and theres no dust, you shouldn't have bubbles when you're done. great and inexpensive product (compared to competitors)
InvisibleSHIELD Maximum Coverage Review by kmiller8:
Immediately after I applied the skin, I could tell instantly I would love it, mainly because of the texture/feel of the plastic "skin" applied to the phone. It added a nice rubbery feel to it while at the same time not making it any harder (maybe even a little easier) to use the OSK and Swype. You can see in the album on pics 2 and 5 where I had a bit of trouble applying, but those could have been easily avoided, had I taken just a few more minutes to make the skin more even throughout the phone. However the edges of the cover are a HUGE lint magnet especially in pockets but I think (hope) that this is just because it was recently applied. Also, it still fits perfectly in the Standard and Car Dock In the pictures it appears as if there are little bubbles throughout the skin, this is not visible under normal lighting, but the flash of the camera seems to have over exaggerated it.
EDIT: After a few weeks with the protector, I ended up removing the part covering the glass, The atrix just looks SOOO much better without a skin protector on the front, but I did keep the ones on the side and back because it adds a much needed grip to the back of the phone.
Fin
I hope this helps someone decide whether or not to get one of these skins, and personally I like the fact that it appears as if it is just the bare phone, but there is a nice layer of protection throughout the phone, however others will equally enjoy a nice OtterBox Defender or Incipio Feather case (two previous options).
If anyone has any questions feel free to ask, or if you have any suggestions to be added to the first post (kit recommendations, personal reviews) reply below!

do you know of any ways to reduce the lint problem? i was thinking of trying to do something along the edges to remove some of the adhesive
Man, i like invisibleshield but i HATE the yellowing that is guaranteed to happen, and even the peeling of the corners that happens VERY often. makes me rage
Yellowing, corner adhesion, edge lint, and texture = no way Invisibleshield is going on my phone. I used it on my Fuze and it was awful.
Is there any other kind of "full body" clear protector that is better?

Whats the texture of the phantomskin? like is it smooth like the regular phone or more "rubbery" like the Zagg shields.
Also, they're the same price $25 before shipping, but i do like how phantomskinz has a matte version avialable
EDIT: nevermind, apparently you get two kits for $25. i might just try out a set.
EDIT 2: heavily modified first part of first post to provide links to both Zagg and Phantom Skinz. and other places

Yea I have the skinomi screen protector on the atrix as well, and the first day I nicked it with my fingertip and its still there. Also my buddy tried to use the hard end of a capacitive stylus on it and messed it all up... I just ordered a protector from phantom skinz because I only had one on my captivate the whole time Ive had it (since launch) and it still looks brand new. Feels just like skinomi but repairs itself, and you get two for $9.99...

Can you elaboate? Like yellowing? Lint magnent? Angle viewability? Scratch resistant etc etc.
So from this thread and other similar to it:
I should go with either Best skin ever or Phantom Skinz. Question for those that are using the Phantom Skin, did you get the clear or matt finish? What's the difference?

Anyone is using Exim screen protector on I9100? Is it perfect fit? Is it a fingerprint magnet? Can anyone share some photo after having it on?
No one using Exim screen protector???
I an using the exim screen protectors. Got them off ebay, shipped from HK. It took 2+ weeks to get them.
I would consider them a perfect fit. They are a tad undersized, but I prefer that; it makes for an easier install.
Exim quality, very scratch resistant, but average when it comes to finger prints. They wipe off easily.
I will take a picture later on and post it.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. How do you rate the installation process. Is it tough to install? How about the process of getting the bubble out? Is there any bubble after the installation? It would be great if you could post so picture. Well I feel that as long as fingerprint and oil stain is easily wipe of, this is consider good.
I found installation to be easy, as it's undersized a tad. If you have ever put screen protectors on, this one is no different. peel off a little of the top while folding down the protective layer and line up the top portion. once you have the top lined up and stuck on pull the rest of the films cover off and let it lay down.
If you didn't get the alignment right, get some clear magic tape, apply a little section to the bottom of the screen protector, lift up while holding the top of the protector in place with your thumb and pivot in place.
If you get any dust in between the protector and screen, apply some tape near the area, lift up and with your other hand stick a piece of fresh tape under the screen protector to grab the dust.
On another note, if you have ever applied a invisible skin like zagg, bodyguardz, or skinomi: you can use the same technique of spraying the protector aligning in place and pushing the fluid out with a squeegee.
I'll look for a good video to show what I'm talking about and post it below.

Hi,
I know how the Zagg shield work. Thanks for the pictures. The screen protector look pretty decent and well fitted. May I know the type of Exim screen protector you have. Does it look as if there is no protector on screen? Thanks.

How is the quality?
It is pretty good and very clear. Fingerprints are easy to wipe off which is good as it does accumulate them easily. The only thing I don't like about it is the cut. It is as per the picture where the home key is cut to the button and the speaker/camera cut to the top.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA App
Been using the EXiM SPUC protectors on all of my phones since my TouchPro and have found them to be very clear but they are prone to fingerprints. I'd personally prefer fingerprints rather than permanent scratches.
On this phone they fit fairly well. The cut outs are well placed and don't obstruct any of the sensors at the top, but they are a little small around the edges (good if you use one of those TPU style cases because the case will be less likely to push on the edges of the protector).
Not much else I can comment on. They fit, they are clear and they are cheap while remaining high quality.
Hi PeteRyde & zehro,
Thanks for the review on the screen protector. I do agree the cutting is not as great as the rest. But most importantly, it is hard enough to resist scratch and is clear. Further to that, the pricing is pretty competitive.

Experiment over. Costly, and I wish I never indulged in it.
Disclaimer: The Exim SPUC would likely be pretty good if the installation went more perfectly than Mary's inception of Jesus H Christ. It felt very smooth, did not scratch or oil at the slightest touch and was extremely clear picture quality wise.
One thing that's wrong with it is that some air bubbles dont' come out, they don't even move, they stay there and become a splodge.
What you really need is about 10 of these in a pack, because if they don't install more perfectly than the inception of Jesus H Christ on your first try, you need to bin them and move on.
Basically my 1st try ended up with lots of air bubbles and some dust/lint underneath beacuse i initially got the positioning wrong, so i lifted it up to realign it, getting more dust in the process.
So I move onto my 2nd try with the second protector in the pack. This time, I get alignment correctly first time. Unfortunately there were still air bubbles and there was a speck of dust where the screen was. The airbubbles wouldn't come out and ended up in sploges, trying to remove that speck of dust ended in more dust on the screen.
So now both protectors were boned. Then I decided to test Exim on it's word that it's protectors are washable, so I blast the silicon side under my tap to get rid of all dust. It did get rid of all dust/lint.
So I try reapplying it wet with just tap water, well it does apply, but the water won't come out properly and leaves skidmarks underneath, even with a squidgee (I have a spare Zagg Invisible shield one).
No good, so I wash it under tap again, then I first of all dry and clean my phone screen with microfibre cloth, then blast it with an air compressor to blast out and dry any escaped water in the bit where the screen joins the side, because I didn't want moisture into phone electronics.
This time I try an "proper" wet solution, I actually have a bottle of that Zagg Invisible shield spray, so I use that and try to reapply the Exim SPUC. It works better than water, but I was becoming increasingly frazzled and another bit of dust got underneath the screen, so I decided to blast screen with air compressor, big mistake, solution streak everywhere. So I take off the Exim protector to wipe excess liquid
I then found the Invisible Shield spray is utterly crap and the whole Zagg thing is just a rip off because the spray solution made a film on my screen, like it was obviously. The I madly scrub with microfibre cloth to get rid of it, thank **** it went.
In a moment of despair, I touch my SGS2 screen with my bare fingers, it was wrong, but felt so right. Like grabbing the fine ass of a lapdancer, something that you're suppposed to look, but not touch.
Then having totally wrecked my new Exim Screen Protectors which costed me $11 or £8. I go back to the 10 pack £1.99 protectors I got of eBay, they're cheap and slutty like the whore of Babylon, but at least they're readily disposable.
I tried and fail to apply 3 more cheap screen pretectors because of dust/link/air bubbles, bin them all and on 4th go, succeed. Experiment over.

What an experience you have. I guess it is due to the area you are in when applying the screen protector. It seems to me dust is all around you which is causing all this agony. You can try the suggestion as listed here. Look at post 1, 2, this and this video for the soap method. You may want to contact Exim and check if you can get a replacement. Anyway how many Exim protector you get in the order?

Just bought the pack of three off amazon, $8.49. Had some leftover amazon credit and used it anyway.
I'll update on the quality/comparison to power support.

Just got mine in today. Gonna install them later when I can steam the bathroom, but doing a preliminary fit, they cover the screen perfectly.
Edit: After install the bottom edge does not want to stay down. Not much of a problem for me as I have a case on the way.
It does add a rainbow effect to the screen that is most prominent on whites or brighter colors. Don't know if it'll go away with time, but I am willing to live with it for now because the feel is way better than the Zagg.
It is definitely easier to slide my finger around. Does not attract much fingerprints and the anti-glare works well enough for me.
Overall, I'm happy with it. Mostly because of the price and improved feel over the Zagg. I'll have to do some long-term testing regarding the rainbow effect and if I can put up with it.

Just got mine and put one on. Fit is better than most, but the blasted curved edges do cause the top and bottom to lip up. I have an otterbox commuter so i don't even see the bottom just a little lipping at the top. Overall besides that, the cutouts are exact, the camera is perfectly cut and the earpiece looks good too. The anti glare effect is not for everyone, but i do appreciate it although it causes graininess. Barely any grease gets on this guy which is amazing. 8/10 for these protectors.
As compared to powersupport: take it like this... unless powersupport themselves makes protectors for the nexus, these are a clear runnerup to them.
One thing that is EXREMELY frustrating is that they used the system of two tabs on one edge to apply the protector, and they made the two tabs at the bottom of the protector, allowing for zero focal point to pivot the protector. Really wish they put them at the top. I still managed a perfect fit though

I just received mine. Here was my application method:
- Wipe with Windex electronics wipe
- Wipe with included microfiber cloth
- Spray with air duster can
- Peel off first layer and apply tape to the adjacent corner
- Position and press down with included card or plastic squeegee
- Peel off last layer and smooth out with microfiber and card
I LOVE the texture. Swyping is much easier. The matte finish is nice and goes well with my Qubits case. It does however make the screen look a bit grainy. Not so noticeable on dark colors, but when looking at lighter screens (i.e. Message app) it's noticeable.

I agree with the swiping, this matte finish has literately no friction that glass or plastic would have on your fingers, whether their dry, wet, or greasy. Antiglare films are one reason why my Temple Run session was extremely high on the iPod, lol.
Can anyone with this screen protector post some pics or video? Thanks.

I think im going to pull the trigger on these been looking into matte protectors an the reviews for these seem to be better than the rest, wouldn't mind seeing a video or a few pictures before i purchase but im getting real tired of the verizon protector i have
I've said it before in a different thread that the display quality of these devices are absolutely amazing, it would be a pity to ruin that with a screen protector. There isn't a true perfect screen protector, but the two I'd recommend is either XO or martin fields. The basal is cheap, but martin fields is also dry and super clear. However, it is a oil magnet just like the XO.

I'll take some pictures tomorrow when I get to the office. I just put a new one on tonight and it came out very nice.
By reading these comments, wouldn't this screen protector be the same quality as the one Verizon sells? I used to have the Verizon one but I stepped away because of the grainy look on white screens (difficult to read sometimes).
Here are a couple of pics.
Thanks for the pics, they look very good to me, im sold about to jump on amazon and order right now.

I'm looking for a screen protector that covers the entire front of the phone rather than just the screen itself. And I'm looking for one that can be removed and re-applied, because I can NEVER apply them properly the first time without getting dust and air bubbles (even if just a couple) trapped underneath it. I've tried it many times with my current phone and other phones, and I just can't get it right. And since I keep a screen protector on for several months, at the least, it's a long time to have to stare at a wrongly-applied screen protector.
I learned about the iVisor (http://www.amazon.com/iVisor-Screen-Protector-Protection-Samsung/dp/B008I59S34) which meets these requirements, but reading the reviews makes it appear not so great. I saw some other screen protectors mentioned on this forum but they were with a strong matte finish which really reduces clarity and sharpness of the screen image, rather than a clear finish which doesn't do that.
Can you recommend such a screen protector, if they exist?
(Btw, I've never had a screen protector that covers the entire front of the phone rather than just the screen. Does it cause any problems because it covers up the buttons or camera or speaker or anything like that?)
Thanks.
Answer is yes try USA Ebay .

Maybe this: http://www.amazon.com/Tridea-Protec...15&keywords=curved+screen+protector+galaxy+s3
It doesn't cover the button or speaker, though...
In Canada we have ghost armour. It covers the front screen with holes for all the sensors. Buy it once and they will re apply it for 5 bucks everything you want a new one.

Any particular recommendations you have on this? Thanks.
I buy tech Armor screen protectors. Amazon sells them for about $7 /3 pack. They hold up well, and they have clear and anti-glare versions.
First i used spigen curved crystal which was cool at first. But dents easily. Youll see markings when something sharp hits the sp.
Then i switched to realook 3d forming just now. Fits great. My phone looks like without SP. Very clean. I had several tries before i had a good fit, but the SP still managed so well.

Hey guys! Just thought I'd share my experience trying to hunt down the best screen protector for my Galaxy S10e.
After trying about 4 different glass protectors all with pinch hole camera cut outs and being dis satisfied with the look and feel of the edges I decided to try one that came with a solid glass that covered the front entirely. It also had a super thin black boarder that I wasn't entirely convinced I was going to like.
Turns out it is AMAZING!! Phone looks literally as if there is nothing on. Edges are completely smooth so no more scratchy feeling whenever I slide my finger to use the edge display or gesture navigations.
Totally felt I had to share this! You can search for it on Amazon! :highfive:

Share the name and link maybe? Is it case friendly? Do the black edges cover up some screen or leave everything visible as before?
The same?

Sorry wasn't sure if I could share a link i just added it to the OP. Yes it is case friendly and I belive the black border covers a super small part of the screen that is a fraction of a millimeter. When using edge lighting all you need to do is increase the thickness a bit.
However it does not get in the way at all and from my experience it is way better than other screen protectors I have tried that have transparent as they reflect the light at angles. Also the borders look terrible during the day, you can clearly trace it with your eye. This one literally reflects no light and looks like if there is nothing on it at all (the black border provides this effect)
Furthermore, this one comes with a plastic frame that makes placement and alignment such a breeze!
Hope that helps!

Yea that's it!
Another good one is the tempered glass from Skinomi. It also comes with a install frame and they're 7.99 for a three pack. Look great, install quickly and cover pretty spot on.

Is the amFilm full glue? (not only on the sides?)

I think Skinomi is regular plastic, spray. Maybe I missed it but I can't find temper glass made by Skinomi.

If anyone wants to order from Aliexpress, CHYI brand always made great screen protectors, either hidro, film, tempered... I might try them out on the s10E soon.

Tried this because of your recommendation (and after trying 5 different "perfect" protectors) - it is really great and totally worth the money! Thanks, pal
Got the Nillkin glass protector -> https://www.nillkin-case.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=6425
It's covering the whole display, with black borders around it(they eat 1-2mm from the actual display).
Very happy about it. Bought it at a locat shop with about 20 euros.

Very easy install with alignment tool, nice squeegee tool got all the bubbles out. Looks excellent after install was complete. Will update in a few days to see how it look after a few days of use but so far so good. Was probably the easiest Tempered glass screen saver I have ever installed, very satisfied
Bought this exact screen protector because I wanted something inexpensive and without a cam cutout (I'd rather deal with an additional layer of glass on a front camera I anyway never use than with dust piling up in a tiny cutout). Well, I don't share OP's enthusiasm. A corner started to shatter appart after only a week, and I didn't even drop it or anything. It was in the same pocket as my lighter which might be the culprit but c'mon, if it can't handle a lighter and turns into a H8 shards dispenser that soon, how is it supposed to prevent scratches on the screen ?
Another corner got damaged after a 50cm (metric FTW) drop on wooden floor and I decided to get rid of it altogether.
It's cheap, it's easy to apply, it looks good (although the black border overlaps the screen by maybe half a millimeter), and it might last a bit longer for someone less careless than I am, still not a viable long term option according to me.

Sucks you had a bad experience with it. So I ended up reaching out to them after myself finding my screen protector had cracked and they sent me another one for free.
It probably isn't the strongest screen protector but it's cheap, easy to install, and looks great! It's TRUE the protectors with the hole punch are a haven for dust and just look hideous in general.
If you stumble across a better screen protector I'd love to hear about it! Perhaps I'll try it out next if this one tanks on me again
Cheers!

I should receive one from LK in a couple days, let's see how it holds. I cannot ask for a replacement, I'm french and they offer replacement only in america, but this time there's 3 in the package.
Does the amFilm protector black edge cover visible part of the screen like Nilkin does? Nilkin protector black sides cover also OLED visible screen (half mill on each side).

Yes it does. I have one installed now and it cuts off a sliver on each side
