Automatic Profile

I have the HTC 621 and I have found the automatic profiles a pain as it keeps automatically switching profiles depending upon events in my calendar. Whenever a scheduled time comes up, it automatically switches over to silent, etc. and I do not want it to switch automatically but I cannot find any provisions to turn this automatic feature off. Can anyone help?
Hmmmm... I didn't know HTC had a profile application. If someone has a link to a downloadable version, I'd love to ENABLE this.
Just select normal profile... or silent profile whichever you like it..
press the power button short time and you can select what ever profile you want. as stated befor: just select normal

Phone won't vibrate from notifications with CM7RC

Is this happening with anyone else? It plays my notification sound for emails and texts with Gmail and voice but won't vibrate. Im using CM7 RC.
do you want kickback or just haptic feedback?
both work just fine..at least I would definitely notice if they werent.. and the only things Ive had issues with the entire palate of CM7 is some wifi or gps if you want kickback.. you may need to install that app as I am not sure if its built in cmsrc -- i always have it because well... its part of my own batch of apps.
go to Menu > Settings > Sounds > Vibrate > "Always"
This is set to "Never" by default in CM7.
Also notice the "Only when not in Silent mode" choice. I use this one because I obviously don't want silent mode to be vibrating. I noticed that when I select "Always" then go to a silent profile and back to regular, it will often rever my vibrate settings to "Never". I haven't noticed this using the "Only when not in Silent mode" selection.

[Q] Mute Volume for notifications but leave it on for phone ringer?

[Q] How do I turn off volume for text/notifications but leave it one for the phone ring?
You don't till root
Interruption mode?
Sent from my SGP611 using XDA Free mobile app
@pepporony: yup
There's a relatively easy way to do it.
1- Go to Settings> Sound & Notification> Interruptions> Priority Only
In here, you customize the settings for the Priority Only mode (see point 3-)
2- Check Incoming Calls and uncheck the rest (or however you want it set up)
3- Back to home screen, bring down the notification panel, tap on All Interruptions, which will turn to Priority Only.
Done.

it works, :good:
Alternatively, you can set system sounds to silent (settings -> sounds -> volume). That includes notifications, annoying boot noise and audio touch feedback.
I don't know what else it turns off, but whatever it is, I don't miss it.
With this approach you can keep the priorities logic intact.

How to adjust the don't disturb mode

I want to adjust it so that the phone is silent in the following times
From 9am to noon
And from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
And from 7pm to 10pm
I want that to happen everyday, automatically, totally silent,no vibration, no ring tones at all.
And how to turn that on or off if i want to
I hope you can help me, because i can't figure out how to do it
Sure thing! Keep in mind that this guide is for Android 6.0 & above. Here's the guide from Google's Nexus guide:
Automatically silence sounds & vibrations
Silence sounds during certain times
You can set up rules so that your device is automatically silenced during certain times, like at night or on the weekends.
1. Open your device's Settings app Settings.
2. Choose Sound & notification > Do not disturb > Automatic rules. for the HTC M9, this will be under 'Schedules' - CS
3. Touch a default rule like Weekend or Weeknight. Or create your own rule—touch Add rule, enter a name, choose Time, and touch OK.
4. Edit the rule settings (see below).
5. Make sure the rule is turned on using the switch at the top.
Rule settings
Follow the steps above and then touch each setting to edit:
- Days, Start time, and End time: Control when the rule will turn on.
- Do not disturb: Choose whether to silence your device using "Alarms only," "Priority only," or "Total silence" (learn more about each option above).
