[Q] How to update Swype - Galaxy S I9000 Themes and Apps

I can't find a way to update Swype on my Galaxy S. Is that possible?
EDIT: Search google for "swype 1.60.36.8214" and you'll see there is a new version

I don't think there is an update for swype available

Gapps doesn't contain Gmail since it's on the play store. And posting it on xda has issues since it *might* fall under warez, since google has removed certain apps from certain locales.

Ditto. It is not there in any gapps.
What I do is back it up everytime I flash a new ROM.
Here's the Gmail link on play store, hope it works for you.

This keyboard is better than anything I've ever used. I never mess up anymore. I use to make mistakes with the sense keyboard all the time.

It doesn't work for me... It's not available in my country says the Play store.
I've tried to install it via the provided apk in this thread, but that one FC's.
I'm running TrickDroid 7.0

Swiftkey is so much better lol. Much much better prediction.
I downloaded this yesterday to try it out. I thought there was going to be something special about it but I didn't find anything. I still think that the SwiftKey is the best (that I have tried). Worth the money.

Google camera app

Active know why the official Google camera app that has just been added to Google play is not compatible with the xperia s? I have heard that it's meant to be available for all android phones, please correct me if I'm wrong? Does anyone have any links to websites where I can download the apk file?
Sent from my LT26i using xda app-developers app
It is available for only Android v4.4.2 . You can check ported apps section to see if it has been ported to lower version.

As far as I know their is no official support for "Google Now" in ICS.
