Thanks . These settings worked.
Recently rooted my Desire using NOOB Proof's video guide and tested a few ROMs. I like the Desire HD and the new Sense 3.5 ROMs, so I tried to install LeeDrOiD HD V3.3.3-Port R5 and the AceSMod007 CM7-v36. But after trying these ROMs I can't connect to my wireless provider. It's really strange. I tried a hardboot, reflahsed a couple of times and neither of those ROMs can give me access to my network. So, I'm forced to go on MUIU for now, but would like to go back to a senses UI.
Any thoughts?
It's a Desire from Telus but my provider is Rogers and followed the instructions for NOOB Proof's video guide to the 't'.
Do you think it has anything to do with my current software version?
Baseband: 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27
Kernel: 2.6.35.10-g308ba26
Software: 2.36.405.8
Thanks
Try to connect other network.
Yes , you can back to sense.
I tried selecting other networks, but obviously it will only work for the Rogers, as it's a Rogers SIM.
It's sad, I can call, but no data.....
if u mean the connection to the 2g/3g network, look ur apn settings!
Works now. Had to re-enter the APN settings. DATA is awesome!
For the Rogers ppl,

My carrier is AT&T and these are settings I looked up on XDA developers, which supposedly work for other people
When I flashed the firmware initially, I couldn't even make a phone call till I changed my settings to what they are now.
Now everything works... xept when someone tries to send me an MMS it always says "Message not downloaded" and whenever I try to send one myself, it can never successfully send it out.
I tried that rom and didnt even boot xD end up flashing the stock at&t from SE and it was fast, after removing some stock apps my phone works amazing, if you want to try it heres the link

Yeah, you can download this app called TWEAKKER because it will help you setup APN'S very easily. It is what I did after I flashed my att xperia play to a stock Rom and had no idea why I wasn't able to access internet through att. It so easy to use, so you won't need any additional help on how to use it.
I was having trouble getting MMS working with LorD ClockaN's recent ICS builds. I found this information and entering it as a new APN got it working for me. Hope it helps some of you too. Unfortunately it is only for Australian carriers.
Since I can't post links it is at ausdroid<dot>net<slash>apns
