So I am trying to change some application icons to what I have seen on screenshots in the themer's forum; however I have no idea how to (or more specifically) what program to use to do this. I have no problem changing my launch icon's with Launcher Pro. I would like to be able to change them like this user did:

Hello, i found this picture the rom is the aokp one does anyone know the name of this mod?
or maybe they are more than one i dont know,anyway i find it odd that the stock drop down menu has only a setting shortcut this is what it should look like.
I bought an app called Switch Pro? (or something like that)...which lets me do similar, with customs icons too.
Maybe this is that!

I have attached an image of it in the background when installing an app. Anybody know what the name of this file is or how to change it?

I am looking for a way to make a custom Dialer/Lock Screen on Android Devices, something simple that people could do easily on any phone. Even if it requires a custom launcher or what have you.
I would like to be able to have it like the Faces tweak on Cydia available for iPhones. (See Screenshot attached)

Hi, yeah, that happens in more applications (like calendar, etc). If you extracted them from a mod it is safest that you have tried to install them. To me for example it looks like in the image with the mod j7 / s6.
