You dont need to run Java first.

Hey all, first thank to all forum's people...
I'm using and testing a lot of trinity roms, all manila bundled roms have less ram and storage, many of them have less than 20mb of storage which means you cannot change manila theme
My tip is this:
why not build a smaller rom with dll manila and minimal manilla install into, and put themes, opera, album & co as external CAB to "auto" install from SD (who do not have sd card???)
this will leave rom very smaller and we can update themes and opera just in time without lossing rom-storage space!

Yes, you have to install S2U2. Then copy these files into the /gfx directory.

You can find the more famous themes i've done for Diamond now avaible on HD!
BEWARE :
1. This themes are made when i've had a HTC Diamond. Some Tabs of the HD (like the "Stock Exchange" one).
Please use TF3D config to configure correctly the theme.
2. The Wallpapers doesn't works like on the Diamond. Some of theme are integrated in the theme. To change it, please follow the instructions of this thread

Installation :
Download the zip file on your computer. unzip. put the .teme file on your Diamond into the folder "/Internal Storage/Themes. (if it doesn't exist yet, create it)
Intall the "wallpapers" folder anywhere as you want on your Diamond. Those themes must be installed with TF3D config . Follow the developer's instructions.
To install on of the wallpapers, go to "Settings" tab on the tf3d and choose "wallpaper". The wallpaper only appear one the "Home" main screen of the TF3D.

since these originated with the Diamond does it limit the display of multiple appointments on the HD? For example, with the Diamond, if the big clock is showing, you can only view 1 appointment at a time. On the HD, if i have 3 appointments on the same day and the big clock is showing, i can see all 3 appointments. i prefer to see all appointments. thanks for answering.

is possible to extract the new IE6 from the emulator and test it on real devices?
I had a play with IE 6 embeded into a ROM - it was very slowwwww. So it was removed right way.

It's on Udk Beta7 Rom and the speed is pretty fair. Maybe he managed to teak it right! A major improvement from the old PIE crap *wink*

I extracted the WinMo device emulators out of the accidentially published 6.5.x SDK (which has meanwhile been removed by MS). So if you want to give your apps a testride on them, here they are.
The zip (330 MB) contains 2 folders, copy them as follows, assuming you already have WM6 SDK installed.
DeviceemulationV65x ==> C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile 6 SDK\PocketPC
My Device Emulators ==> C:\My Documents\
You may need to modify the *.decfg files to your needs, please check the OSImage and Skin paths in each file to fit your configuration.
Windows Mobile 6.5.3 DTK has now been officially released by MS.

ok the file i am downloading is 900 mb ,but why does the emulator need it now,before i had a wm 6.5 emulator and a 6.5 rom,why does it need now framework,vs,mobile device center+ the emulator and a rom.Before it was about 500mb needed,now its nearly 2gb thats insane
